Best office for hearing care EVER! My mother and I were amazed at the professionalism and kindness of everyone in the office. Ellie the receptionist is incredibly helpful and accommodating. Kevin was very kind and made us feel comfortable every step of the way. I am beyond pleased with how we were treated and extremely satisfied with the quality of the hearing aids. I would recommend anyone in the area to visit this location for their hearing needs!

My family and I visited out of state from North Carolina and walked into the office. We were greeted by the receptionist Ellie with a smile and a warm welcome, she is very social and attentive. We were able to get our hearing aids checked right away by the specialist and he cleaned them throughly. Very nice man with a great positive attitude and helpful. We will be back!

I was very pleased to meet Kevin who is the new person will be in in Belltone in Brockton. He’s very thorough and willing to answer questions. I felt excellent in his care. Ellie the receptionist is wonderful as well. She is accommodating and very good communication.

I am writing on behalf of my husband and myself. My husband says he has never been treated so well by any Doctor or receptionist as well as Gary and Ellie in the Beltone Brockton office have treated him. I agree! Gary explained everything in detail as to his hearing loss and to how the hearing aids work, how to put them in, clean them, adjust them and so on. He covered everything with patience and answered all our questions. He is an asset to the company. I watched Ellie with an elderly customer who came out before us. They tend to get lonely and want to talk. Ellie took her time with him and treated him with a lot of patience. Kudos to the both of them!

Ely was so wonderful! Gary was so informative! He explained my test results and helped me decide on which hearing aid would work best for my needs.

My husband & I had an appointment today, 2/12/20, with Peter Vieira, and thought Peter was Absolutely Wonderful! He set up my hearing aids on my new iPhone 11 Pro Max & set my hearing aids so easily for me. He’s Great!! We, both, had our hearing aids set so as not to have such a loud noise when (example) running water or ripping up paper. I found Peter to be very accommodating & very knowledgeable. It is a pleasure to meet him and we know we are in good hands. Thanks to Peter, we have a better under standing on how to wear our hearing aids. Irene & Chuck ( Happy customers) ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐
