Very well organized and fun. If you don't like camping or don't want to buy all the camping stuff, but you still want to make memories with your kids, go to Huttopia for a few nights, you won't regret it.

I have stayed at Huttopia Sutton 3 times! Alone and with family and friends. Anything you need you call and get prompt service. Best mattresses ever! Staff are very helpful!! Nothing bad to say! Will recommend Huttopia to my co-workers, family, and friends. Trappeur or Bonaventure was my choice! Love it!

We loved everything about our stay with Huttopia.. The room we had was super clean and well prepared for our visit. The kids had a ton of things to do while we were there. The main building has a pool and hot tub along with a restaurant and a bar.. what more can you ask for! We will definitely be back.

We loved our first glamping experience at Huttopia Sutton. First of all, the location is fabulous with the main town of Sutton being just a short ride down the mountain road. We ventured out for dinner, shopping and ice cream without any problem. We also loved the main lodge and heated pool for the kids. Lots of games and space to run around. Beware of the wildlife though! We had a skunk IN our Trappeur canvas tent two nights in a row! Luckily it didn’t spray…but it was a little scary to watch it rooting around in the garbage. Make sure you secure that canvas opening with the log they provide you with. Even zipped all the way down, the skunk was still able to crawl in!

We rented Canadian Origin for 2 nights, on end of May (so weather was amazing - but the place was not that crowded).

We were so impressed by the place that we were planning already our 2nd visit during the fall.

They provided complete amenities, we realized that basically we only had to bring toothbrush.

We had an amazing time at Huttopia! A great vacation when traveling with kids, as most of what you need in the tents are provided. It made the travel much easier. We will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay, and more importantly, my 2 little ones enjoyed it even more. It was their first "camping" experience and knowing that my oldest (5), hates porta-potties, we opted to go glamping. We took a fully furnished tent that had a full bathroom, beds and sink. Hot water here gets smokin hot. Cooking is all in the bbq or fire pit.

I would suggest bringing your own fire pit ready cookware if you plan on cooking on the fire. I forgot my sausage stick there so whoever gets tent#6, your welcome 😜.

Parking for us was pretty close, definitely not a 10 minute walk, more like 2 mins. The carts to bring your things from the car to your lodge is fine, they got fat wheels.

The pool was great, i was definitely not expecting a pool with warm water!

We used their restaurant for pizza the night we got there and crepes for the morning that we left. Both very delicious. Pizza was a bit on the pricey side.

We asked about staying 1 extra night since my oldest wanted to stay but it fell on weekend pricing which is pricey, so unfortunately we got priced out of getting 1 more night.

That's it for now 😀

We stayed at Huttopia over the weekend (Friday to Sunday) and had the most amazing, magical time. The trip far exceeded my expectations! All of the grounds at Huttopia are gorgeous and so well maintained. The chalet was impeccably clean, beautiful and had absolutely everything we needed (I kept saying that we could have lived there permanently). My two year old LOVED the park and the pool (which was very very very warm) and the restaurant was reasonably priced with so many options! He was a little young for the wooden play structures but they're perfect for older children! We had smoothies, the freshest croissants and delicious pizza! The staff were also really kind and helpful and easily available if we needed anything or had any questions. I suggest visiting Alpagas Sutton as well as exploring the little strip of shops in Sutton - both were super fun! The alpaca farm has a beautiful view. I have 0 complaints and can't wait to go back asap!

Stayed two nights in a cabin, loved every second of it. The central lodge is located at the top of what feels like an old logging road that goes straight up the hillside, and all along that road are small parking areas with little paths leading outward to the cabins. They're tucked away in the woods (I think ours was the furthest away from the road, maybe 100 metres?) and spaced from one another at just the right distance for privacy. Ours sat along a stream, which was gorgeous.

As people who usually tent camp, the cabin was way beyond glamping for us. Lots of space to spread out with all of our stuff, everything in the kitchen we needed, hot shower, comfy beds and pillows, and that dreamy wood stove.

The lodge is huge, beautiful, dog-friendly, filled with happy guests interacting with one another, and the food is yummy—but what really makes the place amazing is the staff. Everyone we encountered was kind, helpful, made us feel at home (and didn't mind our appalling lack of French).

Being right at Sutton was key for this mountain-biking family. Biking right out the door? Riding to the ski hill base area for beer and music at the end of the ride? Yup! Perfection. We'll be back!

Great location with great facilities. we stayed in a cozy cabin that felt rustic but had all the amenities we needed and in a wonderful location. It was right at the base of Mount Sutton with many outdoor activities nearby. The town is a short drive away and is lovely and has some fantastic grocery options to cook a great meal.

Loved our stay in a Bonaventure tent. This place really under-sells itself online--it is simple and has a real rustic elegance to the whole experience. They take care of everything for you and you need practically zero camping experience or equipment to enjoy a seamless weekend in the woods. It's cheerful and laid back.
Some tents have a bit more privacy than others (Huttopia will not let you reserve a specific tent) but they're relatively spread out and thoughtfully arranged. Mattresses and bedding were more comfortable than I expected, although some may want to bring their own pillows!
Would absolutely recommend booking here!

Huttopia - Perfect for people like me who doesn't have any camping gear, but wants to spend some quality time in the nature. I stayed in a Trappeur tent. Everything is already there, just bring your food. Excellent Prêt-à-camper

Drove from Toronto for a multi-night stay and had a fantastic time with our kids (4 and 7 years). We're traditionally a 'proper' camping family, but decided to do a lengthy glamping trip that included the Huttopia Chalet. A variety of activities kept us busy and things fresh. Staff were engaged and vested in supporting activities and daily events. Lots of families and very family oriented. Live music on the Sat and Mon were great and a nice touch to round out a great day.
Cabins were in good shape and well equipped. Each Chalet has it's own bbq and fire pit which we used for daily cooking.
Reading the reviews, I would suggested potential visitors look through the lens of this being a CAMPING spot first and a 'hotel' second (ie: yes, you might need to walk to get to your site, but you're there to be outside and active...if you want to sit indoors and not worry about walking, stick to the city yo! BTW the walk to each site is totally reasonable, so take those other reviews with a grain of salt. Point made i think).
Planning to book again next year, either the Sutton site or US.
Short story: it's fun. family oriented. convenient. something different. will make your summer more fun.

We stayed at the Bonventure tent. The tents were clean and had everything it needed. The location is beautiful and also the service of the Huttopia staff is excellent.
The restaurant has delicious food (Pizza and Sweet potato Fries).
Overall the stay was amazing. Top notch.

I would highly recommend this place especially to families with young children. We loved our stay in our cabin. You have access to trails and outdoors and are also very close to Sutton where you can walk to trendy little shops and pubs. We really enjoyed our stay and are definitely planning another trip again soon.

This is the second year we've visited Huttopia, and things just keep getting better. Everyone there is really helpful and won't hesitate in recommending activities both in-and-off site.
Camping ground is really nice and the facilities are really well kept.
For us, this Huttopia the perfect place for a family vacation!
