Squeaky clean store with friendly staff and fresh food.

Except for one guy at the drive thru, we have had thee most excellent customer service. They are younger adults but always seem eager to help and happy to be at their job. The one we got was overly fake and didn't look at you when he talked and was bothered to have to wait on us. :( but because we have had stellar service most other times, we still give it a 5.

I pulled in the drive thru right at closing time only since the lights were still on. Instead of treating me like a neusance the girl was very friendly. Love the beef and cheddars.

EDIT: Do not eat here. The management refuses to close the store down despite RAW SEWAGE leaking up through the floor. DO NOT EAT HERE! The employees themselves want to close the store down to fix the issue but management refuses. The employees have been cleaning up LITERAL RAW SEWAGE once a week because "the issue is too expensive to fix". I've already filed a complaint with the Pennsylvania Health Department and will persist until the issue is fixed.

Food was good. Workers were polite. Blding looked clean. Soda machine was out of most soda when we stopped. We got take out so we didn't sit in the dinning area.

Great staff and quick service. One of the managers overheard we had a birthday in our party and she gave her a milkshake on the house! Best drive thru food in the area.

I have gone to Arby's since I was a child. I like the beef 'n cheddar and it is only place for curly fries. I prefer the one in Jersey Shore, PA over the one in Williamsport, PA. Even though the Williasport one is closer for me, I find the Jersey Shore one service is better and more accurate.

Stopped for quick meal. Excited to see they now have fries. Not spicy.

The faculty and staff at Arby's is the best! All of the employees are very patient, kind, and go out of their way to help each other and their customers. They have made Brent's first job experience be fantabulous and unforgettable. We look forward to renewing his opportunities with your store again next year!

Love this Arbys. They have the high school kids running the whole shift after school and evenings and they do a phenomenal job. Really impressed with how fresh and hot and neat the food always is from here.

If you have never been to Arbys you are missing out. The chicken tenders put the big M's nuggets to shame. The chocolate milk shakes are amazing, and the roast beef Sammiches with horsey sauce are to Die for.

Love Arby's! Never had a problem with this location. Clean dinning room, restrooms, and parking lot. Food comes fast and delicious!

Yes...I just gave 5 stars to an Arbys....Their food is same as anyother Arbys...But oddly, for a fast food place they have amazing customer service! Overly friendly and quick to get you what you want!

I have a student that volunteers her time here every Thursday afternoon. The staff have been nothing short of accepting and helpful to her. From what I have seen, they treat every customer with respect.

A fair Arby's for sure they've seldom messed anything up and the food generally meets expectations.
