Dunkin'

Disappointed in the fact that the only things I enjoy eating keeps being changed or discontinued. Also, the only wraps you have apparently are spicy and I have acid reflux and GERD. It should be mentioned prior to accepting the order!!! Otherwise, Ice Coffee and Frozen Coffee and my husband's sandwich (which is disappointing because it used to come with Ham) was good.

If there are any problems with anything ask for me I will do my best to fix the problem with anything you have I try my best to make everyone’s visit there as good as I can it

i order almost everyday on my way to work when i’m about 2 minutes away from the store and they always have my sandwich and drink ready by the time o get there and it is always correct. i am truly impressed with how fast and efficient this staff is

I have only had one issue here which was minor. I asked for two flavorings and they only gave me one. I respectfully gave my coffee back and they were glad to make me a new one and give me the messed up one for free. Just be nice and remember everyone is human. BUT there is a new employee here, bigger man with red hair and a beard. He was so nice and such a good listener (I usually have to repeat my complicated order). He took the time to ask how I was before I paid and you could tell he was genuine. I didn’t get his name but I’d like to give him some credit.

A quick coffee was needed during our drive. Clean restrooms and facility. Coffee was great and the donuts hit the spot.

Love the frozen mocha. Actually had a person in front of me buy my drink. Very thoughtful and nice. Employees nice every time I'm there.

Update:
Seems that management got the message. It is now uncommon to get a wrong order. The only exception is when selecting multiple types of munchkins, but I've discovered this is a problem between the app and what is displayed to the employee's screen.
Otherwise the food and drink are the reliably comfortable Dunkin' that they claim runs America (sounds like a conspiracy!)

Previous review:
This particular Dunkin' tends to get at least 1 detail wrong for more than half the orders I place with the app. Sometimes it's minor, like 1 wrong donut in a half dozen, or not adding any sweetner. But sometimes it's major, like being handed the next car's order, or ignoring sandwiches.
I'd blame the app, but I don't have this issue at any other Dunkin'... That said, they are quick to make things right.
As for the product, it's pretty standard for a DD; high calorie and caffeine beverages with all day fast food breakfast.

They forgot to place my order and after sitting for a while, they noticed and reimbursed me and gave me free hash browns! They handled it so well, and we’re very heartfeltly apologetic!

Who doesn't want great coffee? Can't go wrong with Dunkin Donuts.

Used the app but got behind someone who ordered for the whole office so it took a little longer. But was worth the wait!

This location is very clean and had an indoor meeting area that was quieter than the rest of the restaurant. The service was quick and the employees were extremely friendly.

The only Dunkinin our area that makes their own donuts, and you can tell the difference.

Very courteous and Friendly staff... They are willing to go the mile for their customers...The place is very clean and enjoy the separate room from the public area so you can have small meeting there...

They were very kind and courtesy and the cashier had a smile on her face showing she was happy to serve me

I love going here early in the morning. Like around 6-7am bcuz the employees are nicer!!!
