Wow. In a major bind for a trailer part, 20 hours from home, and these guys came through big time. Friendly, efficient staff.

I was traveling from Delaware to Michigan, my alternator went bad on my truck and I just made it to this Napa on battery alone. Mark sold me a new one and helped me with some tools and a parts cart to work off of so I could change it in their parking lot. When I was done he was busy, but noticed I needed to wash up before I left for the rest of my trip and showed me to their restroom. I haven’t seen this type of compassion and customer service in a long time. I can’t thank him enough!!!

Great work to CHRISTIAN for keeping his head up after getting yelled at by his manager. Christian should be recognized for pushing through adversity. Sorry the manager with a bald head and glasses embarrassed this company. Thanks Christian and NAPA.

They are very friendly here and wait on you in a timely manner if they are busy. Decent prices and usually they have the part you need.

I couldnt find where what i was looking for was located, but the customer sales associate not only knew where it was, but also helped carry it all out to the truck, and also helped put the fluids in! Top Notch NAPA!!!!!!!

They try to help you get your parts faster and cheaper and also you can pay for your parts at any location and pick it up at another if they dont have it there

Guy there helped me solve my anti freeze leak with a 2dollar item! Worked fine ever since!

I went in to order an obscure hydraulic cylinder.Usually they have or can get anything crazy that I go in there for but not today.The cylinder was discontinued years ago..
