Not sure what is going on with this company, at least in one of their subsidiaries, Industrial Tool Crib. I ordered some Bessey c-clamps in April. My card was charged $584.71 that day. I reached out to them in late May and a Ms. Green told us that Bessey would ship them direct on June 11th. No further communication from them until I reached out after my foreman asked about them today, July 24th. I was told that they would ship to us direct from Bessey on August 9th. Should I believe them?
I was credited after I posted the problem to Industrial Tool Crib's Facebook interface and they reached out to Ms.Green. Thank you. I understand problems with suppliers like Bessey. We've experienced them ourselves. Communication when these problems occur would help...I know that part may not always be easy
