Absolutely every time I come to Batteries Plus on Carmichael Road in Hudson, Wi, I am greeted and treated by a most gracious, helpful expert who does their very best in replacing my watch batteries, no matter the difficulty in carefully removing severely obstinate cases, batteries, and reinstalling the batteries and cases.

The customer service here is excellent! They fixed my Apple 8+ screen in 45 minutes and for the lowest fee around! I went to Rosedale where the wait was 3+ hours and nearly $200. So glad I found Batteries Plus in Hudson. They also put a battery in my car fob, and in my car as well! Again, Excellent service!

I made an appointment online to have my cell phone battery replaced. So easy and convenient and received a $10 off coupon for making the appointment online. I got there and Casey was immediately helpful and friendly and went above and beyond. Total time was about 30 minutes. I recommend going in to see Casey for any of your cell phone repair needs.

Called in today because my iPhone screen was unresponsive after I dropped it - I was wondering how much it would cost to fix or what the solution might be, the gentlemen on the phone walked me through a reset of the iPhone and it solved my issue. Very helpful and much appreciated!
