OI Asian Bistro

Best wings I’ve ever had! They’re nice & crispy, juicy inside. We also had pad Thai, coconut curry & spring rolls, all very good and super well priced. The only downside is we don’t live in holland!

Food was good and so was the ambience. Loved the Thai curry and all other dishes. Overall a great place for Asian food lovers.
Would visit again for sure.
Also we bought some chili oil back home. It was fab.

The Pho is amazing, as well as the chicken satay, and the fried rice. everything comes in a decent portion. the workers are amazing… great service. over all my experience was a 10/10 i would definitely eat there again.

A random craving for Beef Pho brought me here.
There weren’t many places in Holland that stayed open past 8. Thankfully this was one of them. They close at 9pm. Prices are extremely fair with beef pho only being around $16. That’s a steal! Service is prompt. We did a walk in since the AI assistant for reservation was down. They were able to seat us right away. The beef pho was everything I was hoping for, and it’s customizable. They bring all of the added extras like bean sprouts, lime, chili oil and more on the side for you. So you won’t ever get a dish that’s too spicey or not spicey enough. Will be coming back here again when another Pho craving hits.

My husband and I tried this spot for dinner tonight. We went with my brother and sister-in-law who recommended we come here. We were skeptical at first since we are foodies and a little partial to our favorite Thai spot.

Walking in, the environment was clean and the seating was comfortable. We were greeted by a kind server who took our orders and brought our first appetizer fairly quickly.

The satay chicken I haven't eaten in years, but their sauces were amazing and the chicken had a grilled sweet flavor to it. I ordered the beef pho which is usually what I order when trying new Asian restaurants. I was pleasantly surprised. First by the temperature. It was nice and hot. The taste was better than I expected. I dare say, the best in town. My husband ordered tonkatsu ramen, and the flavor was amazing. Not anything I'm used to, but delicious. We will be coming back soon!

We were fortunate enough to find this place while visiting the lovely beaches in the area. The location is a small part of the downtown area and can be easily missed. This would be unfortunate as it will be a destination spot for us in the future.

The place was relatively empty when we arrived. We quickly got seated and our server was very nice. you do get a sense that it might be a family run business and it almost felt like we were interrupting them for dinner. Lol.

There were several dishes ordered here and everyone of them was really good! I can say that we split the pineapple fried rice with everyone in the group and one person in our group loved it so much they wish they would’ve ordered it for their main meal.

The general Taos chicken was the best I’ve had. The outside coating was crispy yet thin enough to not drown out the chicken. The sauce associated with it was flavorful but not too spicy. The beef plate that I ordered was probably the most expensive at $16, however it was really tasty. The meat was tender and super flavorful. The added vegetables in the plate just complemented everything. The various soup dishes were a bit spicy, so if you don’t like spice, I would not recommend these. The pad Thai was good, however lacked a bit of flavor. It seemed everything was very fresh!

I would highly recommend this place as a dinner or lunch spot. If you like Thai or Chinese type food, this place will not let you down.

The BEST Asian food I have had in a long time. The egg rolls were light, crispy, and delicious. The Penang Curry, chicken satay, and Beef dish were also excellent and tasty. And for those who need a bit more spice the pot of chili mixture will definitely do the trick! And, the lovely wait staff will bring us back soon.

I have a new favorite restaurant in Holland! Oh my goodness….we tried many dishes and EVERYTHING was fresh and delicious. Fast & friendly service. Try this place! You wont be disappointed!

I stopped by after my nightly walk with fido my doggo❤i chained him up outside because i heard the mouth watering fumes from inside this resterant. loved the ambiance with the beautiful plants inside.!!!! a must stop for tourists visiting the area🌛🌛WE LOVED OUR SERVER DANI SHE ATE UP!!! so attentive definitely ask for her if you go🌸🌸

Always great food! Casual environment, good for families. My kids love it. There is always space and the girls at the place always give the best service. One of them even waited for me to come back like a month after I went the last time, to give me back my eyeglasses, which I didn’t even realized were there 🙈 Who does that this days? Thank you so much 🤓 ♥

This place is AMAZING!! I was walking downtown Holland and this just happened to be open, so I stopped in to try it out.

The food as absolutely spectacular, I had the red curry with beef as well as one of the ramens. (Also had the spring rolls and crab rangoon, its amazing by the way). Everything just simply tasted so fresh and its great price for the portions you get. I 100% recommend this place to eat.

The crab rangoon was the creamiest and genuinely the best I have ever had ever. If I could eat here every day I genuinely would. Too bad I’d go broke if I did.

In fact, right behind this place theres a public parking structure. So if you’re ever looking for nearby free parking its right nearby, in fact theres a small alleyway that leads from the bistro to the parking structure. (Its well lit and feels very safe too, really nice area.)

I am flabbergasted that this place has even a single negative review. As a Holland native I’m feeling like perhaps the negativity is coming from the Russ’ crowd if you get my drift.

Onto the food -

Gyoza were a 10/10 for the sauce alone, heavenly, I could drink it. And the dumplings were delicious.

BBQ Pork was delectable, perfect cook on the pork, the sauce was perfectly spicy and sweet. I’m getting hungry again just thinking about it.

Beef Fried Rice was amazing, my boyfriend ordered it and I probably ate half of it. I questioned the inclusion of cucumbers at first but it was the perfect light crispy bite to complement the dish.

Mongolian Beef was out of this world good, I ordered it but my boyfriend ate half of it so we’re even. The white rice deserves honorable mention because I didn’t know white rice could taste so good, and I love white rice.

Overall I think I just found my new favorite asian restaurant, I can’t wait to try the rest of the menu.

The service is always a little slow. Weather waiting to be seated when no one is in the restaurant or when you are seated and your order being taken. There is typically only 1-2 wait staff on doing the whole dinning room and takeouts/delivery orders so I don't fault them. I just wish there were a few more people on staff to help them out and help the customers more.

I love the aesthetic of the place! It is a nice sit down restaurant. It makes you feel welcome and at home. Such beautiful pictures and trinkets and to make it 100% better they have beautiful r and b music playing! The food is good and comes off as a homemade Japanese meal. The service and place was so nice that I tipped an extra 10 dollars because it feels good to be served in such a nice manner. And for those who care they are ServeSafe certified, and have it on their wall for every customer to see. I cannot explain my enjoyment and I will be coming back!

Great food! We were very happy with everything we ordered. The appetizers are all under $10 and delicious. We will be back for lunch tomorrow

This bistro offers a variety of Asian inspired dishes. I wasn't expecting much (as this was the only restaurant with seating readily available during Tulip Time), but the food blew away my expectations, delivering amazing flavor with an enhancing texture profile to boot. Do note that great flavor often comes with high sodium content, if you are sensitive to that, as I believe that may be the reason I left with a slight heaviness in my head. Regardless, I would definitely return here the next time I was in the area.

My husband and I had dined in last night and we were so impressed with Asian Bistro and their menu options. We ordered the BBQ pork satay and Tom yum chicken soup along with the crab Rangoons to start and the flavors were out of this world good!
We then proceeded to enjoy fried rice and Mongolian beef and were so pleased with the flavors of the dishes along with the service. This will definitely be a weekly favorite spot to order from.

We highly recommend this place for all your Asian cuisine fixes. We also heard the pad Thai was very good and orange chicken. We will be trying that next time we visit. We love this spot so much!!

My friend and I had a nice dinner here. The service was friendly and unobtrusive, and the decor was clean and modern. The food was good. I had the miso ramen and my friend had the tan tan ramen; both were good. Admittedly, I think we’ve both had better ramen before, but not in Holland. The noodles had a good texture and the broth, although a bit thin, was still quite rich and tasty. The meat and eggs were also good, and I’d definitely order these dishes again. The rest of the menu did look pretty inviting though. Overall, OI strikes me as a great addition to Holland’s Asian dining scene.

Best Asian food I've had in a West Michigan restaurant. Red Curry with chicken was pleasantly spicy; wonderful broth, and good quality rice. Their Crab rangoon is without rival. Their water filter could stand to be replaced. Friends got two different ramen and both loved them. One said he almost always gets the miso ramen and eats there a lot.

One of the best Asian cuisine restaurants I have EVER been to! Went with my family twice in one week. Meals are fresh and very good portion sizes! I recommend any beef option on the menu. Definitely recommend!
