Highly recommend seeing Brenda at Friedman! I’m sure I was the smallest purchase of Black Friday today- I just needed a simple white gold chain. She treated me like I was spending a million dollars! That’s so important to me because I know exactly where I will be going to upgrade my wedding ring, buy gifts, my next watch etc. She’s knowledgeable- but not pushy and completely stunning!! Just look for the most glamours black woman you’ve ever seen and that’s Brenda!

Such a great store! After looking at a few other stores we found a great Estate engagement and wedding ring set for a amazing price! Everyone was so helpful and let us try on anything we saw! Make this your first stop while shopping for a ring, it will be your last!

Friedman’s staff are tops, with Kyler in particular sharing my enthusiasm for watches and being a no hassle, no pressure salesman who is always a pleasure to work with. I look forward to early Spring for some Friedman’s shopping!

My x bought my wedding set in 1982 from Friedmans and it is still in excellent condition, wish they had a store near me now.

I couldn’t be happier with the customer service of the entire team but mostly with Brenda Shannon she went above and beyond for us. Picked out a ring of course it didn’t fit she measured me sent it off ring was ready in days but sadly due to the shape of the ring the size was to big! She took it upon herself though the sizing issue was no ones fault or mess up to take the ring to the jeweler herself and have it resized I had the ring back within an hour! I recommend the whole business but definitely recommend her for Jewellery needs!

Tyler was very nice and helpful. I came all the way from Athens, ga, and he made sure to have the ring that I called him about all ready to go. He gave me a great deal on it, worth driving over 2 hours one way for, and the ring looks great! Higher quality than the rings I had purchased from Kay Jewelers years ago. Very happy I bought from Tyler here, and will be back one day!

Love everything about this place. They have it ALL. From an amazing firearm selection to some of the most exquisite jewelry in town only rivaled by Windsor as well as will do pawns on your firearms or precious metals and jewelry. Have yet to meet an employee who didn't go above and beyond EVERY time I've been there from small purchases to large you get treated the same. Awesome company. Highly recommended.

2 years ago I went to several jewelry stores looking for a diamond pendant for my wife. I knew what I wanted but nobody had exactly what I was looking for.
I stopped by Friedman's, one afternoon and spoke with them.
He found the perfect pendant and said he would have a solitaire diamond put into the center. He went back to the vault and we picked out the diamond. 5 stars.
I went back in several weeks ago looking for a ring for my wife's birthday. I wanted a solitaire diamond with 2 rubies on each side (our twins birthstone).
Again he found a beautiful setting, beautiful diamond and rubies and had it put together. Again 5 stars
I can't ask anymore from a jeweler. He listened and worked with me. If I have another jewelry need, I'll be back.

This store cleaned my husband's watch, and replaced the face so that it looked brand new. The staff here are so very kind, and will give you first class treatment. They also have antiques, and one of a kind types of gifts you will not find anywhere else in this area.

Gun shop review not the jewelry side. I've bought a few guns here and being a smaller young female I normally get pushed aside or ignored in gun stores unless I have a male friend with me. Not this place they always greet me when I walk in either instantly or to tell me they will help me when they are done. Very knowledgeable and I enjoy looking at all the cool out of the ordinary stuff.

Visited to have some jewelery repaired and bought a very special novelty ring while I was there. Kyler was great, very professional, very helpful and walked out with the perfect ring for me. All my repairs were completed within just a few days. Highly recommend!

I did not buy my ring from Friedman's but I have been in multiple times and they do not hesitate to clean my ring! This time the gentleman even checked the prongs on my stones to make sure everything looks good. They are so friendly and I highly recommend their services!

The gun store in the back, Southeastern Armory, was great!
They adjusted some rear sights & changed out a grip panel on a handgun that I purchased somewhere else & didn't charge me a dime...so I went ahead & gave them some business, spent $250 on some extra mags & accessories. Travis & Susie were really nice & professional. I will be back.

My regular jeweler was not opened and my wife's birthday was coming up, so I dropped by Friedman's to get her battery changed on her favorite watch. Kyle Rosser waited on me and replaced the battery within a couple minutes. He was kind and professional and made me feel like I mattered whether I was spending 10 bucks or not. I will be back to to business with this group! Thanks for professional attention it will pay off!

I ordered a ring online and when I received it, it was too big. I worked with Maggie to order a different size and she was fantastic! She was very sweet to work with and made the exchange super easy! Great place with a great selection of jewelry. They sell jewelry from used estate sale jewelry to brand new jewelry. Anything you're looking for, and for whatever price range, they have in stock. You can even haggle down the price on estate jewelry. The staff was great, friendly, and very patient and helpful. I would definitely buy from them again.
