I went into Lowe’s happy and left extremely disappointed. The guy in power tools (white guy with glasses and a camouflage vest) was not only unhelpful but a smart mouth. I asked if I was inconveniencing him and he said no but then proceeded being a smart butt. I don’t think this is indicative of overall store performance but should be addressed. I also called the front desk and let them know.

I left Lowe’s and went to Home Depot and walked to the power tools area where I was immediately greeted by an older gentleman named David. He spent time with me helping me pick the right cordless saw for my needs. Kudos on having such a helpful and informed associate! Great job David!!!

Simply love this store! Daniel is excellent help in the plumbing department!! Especially if you are looking for a toilet, or faucet to replace. Knowledgeable, kind and very personable. I highly recommend him! He helped with our entry project! Simply a great guy!

I went to The Home Depot off of Bobby Jones Expressway, and I got to say, even if though I was not the one getting serviced, I was certainly surprised as to how much Mrs. Karis Williams took excellent 👏 care of my parents. She literally went above and beyond the call of duty in helping them with whatever they needed and even more so suggested some things that benefitted them in addition to what they need. She made sure that they found all that they needed and gave special care and attention, and was never in a rush. She just sat back to listen intently and ran to get the items they needed and brought it to them. She is a total sweetheart as well as thoughtful, caring, and simply the best asset that this company has ever had. She needs to be compensated with a promotion, in my honest opinion. That's me putting my two cents in.

Got paint today and the team was super helpful. You can get a small "tester" paint for $6 / per small cup. I would suggest getting this before you buy a bunch of paint you don't like. Took those, painted on the wall and brought back the color we wanted. Suggest thinking about if the room your painting has lots of traffic of not. The more glossy the more expensive. We got Behr and it's scuff resistant.

Robert is great! He's super helpful and has always made my family feel welcomed. Home Depot is officially my daughter's favorite store because of Robert.

Very nice people in tool rental. Found what I needed quickly and had help lifting heavy items. Would recommend.

I would like to thank the store manger Beth and the rental equipment employee Micai (sp?) for doing the right thing for us even when technically they didn't have to. By not forcing a significant charge on us for a rental equipment part that was damaged when we received it, Beth and Micai recognized this was a instance where such a charge was wrong to force on a customer. By putting the customer first, these two Home Depot team members kept us as clients for life who will spend far more dollars in the future than the punitive charge amount that would have pushed us to a competitor for good. Thank you Home Depot for having these great people!

Built an entire (manufactured wood) deck as my stay at home Corona virus days project with everything coming from Home Depot. I watched online videos and looked at manufactures web pages to learn how to build a deck. Did not often make mistakes. I work very slow so this was a three month effort. Came out quite nice. Thanks HD for having everything in stock at my local store. Now its time to sit under the tree (I purchased the HD Hamptonbay line of patio furniture) and enjoy a glass of wine.

I def recommend Home Depot we rented one of there big sanders for the day for my husband's business. It did the job. You only come out spending around $56 but they hold a $150 deposit until it's returned. Took a while for my refund to process but awesome tool rental service.

They had everything I needed but I still haven't received my weekly paycheck for checking myself out every time. What's up with no cashier's

Went in for materials for a painting project. Good selection and decent prices. The guy at the paint counter was really nice. Also easy to apply your military discount (some other big box stores have a bunch of hoops to jump through). Just create an online account, authenticate military status using ID Me once and it saves to your account. Sign in on your phone prior to check out and it gives you a barcode to scan that applies discount.

This location is so very lucky to have Monica I in customer service. Because of her extraordinary kindness and professionalism, we will be shopping at this location instead of Lowe's. What a difference one person can make!!

Karen was so helpful and sociable. She answered all my questions to make an educated choice about freezer purchase.

A day after my online purchase from their competitor, I got a note that my item was out of stock. It was in stock in another local store, but was priced $75 more.

Instead of buying from the competitor, I ordered a faucet online from Home Depot. I called the store to be sure it was in stock and the gentleman who answered my call at Home Depot found the one I’d purchased. I got to the store and found he’d put the faucet aside for me, since the faucet aisle was temporarily blocked off. Excellent service!

Their prices are very reasonable compared to other stores. The only problem they are so busy its hard to get help because they are always busy helping customers.

I asked the paint person to page someone to tools an she came herself, climbed the steel , and hunted until we found it. With the help of another, taller, person we wrangled it from the top of the steel and she even restocked the entire section that was out. Smiles the entire time. Thank you for a good experience.
