Nice spot. Good location. I always come into the mall this way. Starbucks is Starbucks of course. Clean and the staff is friendly. Lots of books and places to sit here. Nobody bothers you. Fell asleep once time. Good nap. Woke up, left, had a bad day. Should have stayed at the Barnes and Noble. I don't know who Barnes or Noble are, but they know books, and how to relax. Good on them.

My visit was fantastic as it always is. I had two $25 coupons that could be spent on anything in the store. These were points that I had earned from purchases that I made in store and outsides. I also have their credit card.

Stopped in for a sequal, ended up staying over an hour. Not only is it a great atmosphere, but the selection is awesome!!! Nice staff.

Great selection and a cozy atmosphere. If you dislike Augusta Mall generally for safety reasons, skip the lower parking and park on the top level near B&N and the Apple store.

I go in here about once a week and it's always super clean and organized the staff is super nice. Toys section for the kids has lots of variety and the chewable books in the back are no joke!

I definitely love going to B&N when I have the time to graze. This location is a good one... We'll laid out and friendly staff. I actually purchased a board game and fashion plate game this time around, so they have more than books.

TONS of books to choose from. Had to go for myself, 2 oldest daughters tagged along. Oldest loves reading so she was pleased to go. BUT middle daughter actually ventured off and found books. She wants to go back. Store was quite, clean and staff friendly…and not pushy so I could look at my own pace without being distracted. DEFINITELY will go back!!

I went in to do a little work to get out of the office while waiting for an appointment. Store was decently quiet. Several chairs for people to sit and read/ work. And I also got to enjoy a sample of iced sugar cookie Almond milk latte! Staff was very polite

I'd spend hours in this place! Clean, neat, and completely friendly. I love to watch children enjoy perusing books and make a mess like they're at home🥰 there's a Starbucks cafe inside, too😄.

I always enjoy Barnes and Noble book stores. It's sad they are dying out, as its such a treasure to be in a large bookstore.
