The staff was friendly and helpful, and they showed me different options for the design, material, and style of the jewelry. They also gave me a fair price and a fast turnaround time. The pieces arrived beautifully gift boxed. I highly recommend Crown Jewelers to anyone looking for a custom jewelry store that can make your vision come true. They are the best in the business!

They were able to add sizing balls to my very difficultly sized engagement ring to fit my finger perfectly. I was given thorough options and advice by Mr. Conte and his associates when deciding the best path to take to fix the issue.

Mr. Conte also did an appraisal on my ring, and I am very pleased with how thoroughly, and accurate he did my appraisal. As per the site, he is a certified Gemologist - you will get the best of the best, and most accurate appraisal of your jewelry.

I was in search of a unique, delicate, antique style engagement ring with round and baguette diamonds. A ring that was also of good quality and not over priced. After coming up empty, I went into Crown Jewelers and found exactly what I was looking for! Joel was very personable and patient as he took out an entire tray of rings at a time for me to try on, instead of having to look through the glass and asking for one ring at a time. I really enjoyed my experience and found the perfect ring! My ring was ready for pick up a week from that date. Since then, I have taken 3 different pieces of jewelry that I needed to be repaired (all with different issues) and Brian was able to repair them all for a reasonable price and it only took a week. I definitely recommend Crown Jewelers to anyone looking for that special piece of jewelry! It was a lovely experience!

Joel and his staff provide the most knowledgeable, honest, and prompt service and advice to clients in the market for jewelry. I have walked into Crown several times not knowing what I was looking for and Joel has been able to come up with a gorgeous piece of jewelry, within my budget, and in a short amount of time. The selection is massive, but he and his staff quickly get you were you need to be. Can't recommend them enough.

You will not regret going to Crown Jewelers for any jewelry needs. Due to a change in schedule, I needed the perfect ring in less than a week. Mr. Joel took the time to help me talk through different settings and styles to find the perfect one that my fiancée would love, even though I stayed past closing. I ended up deciding on one that was only online and Mr. Joel went out of his way to ensure it would be ready in time. His amazing staff, who gave me some advice for the proposal, had the ring ready with the stone I chose, all in two days and with plenty of time. Overall the experience was amazing and Crown Jewelers has EARNED a loyal customer in me.

My sister and I took several pieces of jewelry that originally belonged to our mother and aunt to Crown Jewelers to be reset for us. Mr. Joel was very helpful and made suggestions to repurpose the pieces so we might enjoy wearing them for years to come. He was very patient with us while we decided on how we wanted the pieces to look. Grace was also very helpful and pleasant. When we picked up our new jewelry, we were amazed at how beautiful they looked and of course wore them out if the store! Grace and I even hugged and shed a few tears when I was leaving the store. I initially visited Crown Jewelers for a steel bracelet adjustment (link removal) for my watch. Their welcome store environment and friendly customer service prompted me to also browse some of their men's jewelry (gold rings and steel bracelets), in which I placed a couple of special orders for the particular style and size ring and bracelet I wanted. The ring and bracelet arrived in less than a week and both exactly as I requested, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the sale and service. My fiancé and I came into Crown Jewelers about a month before we got engaged. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted and they were able to custom order the setting I wanted and I even got to pick out the exact stone I wanted. Everything was so easy and we got the ring 2 weeks after going in there to talk about what I wanted. We are so happy with the ring and the amazing price we got it for. Joel Conte is absolutely amazing! He helped us find the perfect wedding rings. My engagement ring was very unique in shape and we were having a hard time finding a band to fit with it. Phenomenal experience! After searching for a few months for the right engagement ring, a friend found this amazing place. I had a couple items in mind, but Joel took my ideas and walked me through the selection process. He explained in detail the 4 C’s and narrowed down my selection based on my budget and timeline. My fiancé was ecstatic with her ring and amazed at the size of diamond, color, clarity, and cut. Joel found almost a 1.5 karat diamond and it was a fraction of the prices at the other places I visited. They worked overtime on Wednesday to ensure my ring was ready so I could execute my proposal on time. This will forever be my jeweler of choice. My family loves Joel and Crown Jewelers! Whenever we need a special gift we go to Crown Jewelers first. They're always so kind and helpful. They fix jewelry, replace watch batteries and clean jewelry. If they don't have it, they can probably get it. And his prices are always reasonable. It's a really fun place to browse. You never know what unique (and antique) pieces you'll find.

Every time I visit, I’m I feel welcomed. The service is excellent. Joel repaired the clasp on my pearls and charged me nothing. He sized my watch. Again no charge. Neither item was purchased at Crown. He explained, “this is something any jeweler should do.”
