I worked with Katy a couple of times and she's awesome! She is well informed and knows what she is doing while being curious and pleasant. She gets any problems you may have taken care of quickly and values your time. Katy is the only person I take my cell phone issues to!

After a horrible experience at my local store, this store made it painless and enjoyable. They worked with me on all my questions. The atmosphere is wonderful and everyone is extremely friendly! Andrew at the Delafield Store was awesome! He was fast, effective, kind, and SOOOO helpful. Our trip was successful and quick! We followed up with him when we had questions a few days later. He helped us solve the problem. He was patient and helpful all the way through!

Went there last week to upgrade my husband's phone because his stopped working. He got a Galaxy S7, we reviewed our plan and switched to unlimited data. We ended up saving $50 a month on our bill!
Oh, there was no wait when we got there!

Chris is a rockstar! Stopped in today because my wife's phone wouldn't turn on anymore. We didn't have insurance on it and were worried we would have to pay to replace it. Not only did he order a replacement device, while I ran home to grab an old phone for temporary use, he bought my wife a coffee and hooked us up with state fair tickets while she waited! I brought him a problem and he not only helped us out but went above and beyond. A+ service.
