I recently got a custom PC build from them, he knew exactly what I needed hardware wise for what I was intending to use it for and made sure it would have everything I wanted and more. The entire process took 5 days and any questions or concerns I had he replied right away. Very reasonably priced for everything I got. If you’re in the Decatur area and you ever need anything computer related, a custom PC build or you have any computer trouble, I’d highly recommend going to Valley Computers.

I had been looking a local and knowledgable computer repair and service business. Valley Computers was recommended to me by a local business. I am so glad I followed their recommendation. I went in and was immediatley greeted by the owner, Daniel. Very friendly and really seemed glad I came in. I explained my problem and he assured me it should be a simple fix. I took my laptop in the next day. Daniel said it would not take to long to find and repair the problem. I left the store and about an hour later he called me and said it was fixed. The charge was very reasonable. The service is great with a down-to-earth feel. I recommend this establishment to anyone who needs any type computer service, including buying new computers and assessories with pries that the big box stores cannot match.

These guys are great! I needed some specialized cables and they had them. Great resource for people who like to build and repair their own stuff. Nice, prompt service and repair too! Go see them.

Excellent service! When I bought my latest laptop, I gave him a list of specs and he ordered exactly what I needed for me. He's fixed every problem I brought in. He knows his business. Prices for work are always fair AND he gives excellent (free!) advice for all issues. He always makes time to talk to his clients. (He's also a fan of AMD, and so am I!)

I went in earlier for a problem that I've been trying to troubleshoot for the last week or so and he knew that the problem was a defective GPU within an hour of me dropping the PC off. Daniel very generously offered some resources to tide me over until my replacement comes in - extremely grateful and will 100% be back for future issues/parts/builds!

The hinge broke on my HP Envy 360 whihch affected the screen. Valley Computers fixed it with a 24 hour turn around. I highly recommend them for your computer needs!

Brought my computer in later in the day yesterday expecting maybe a day or two turn around. Got a call to pick it up about an hour later. Fast professional service. I will 100% bring it back if I run into any issues in the future.

Very helpful over the phone, prices are better than I expected and the service is great, gentleman wasted no time dealing with my issue on my PC and making further recommendations while answering all my questions, give them a call and a visit for anything PC related, also sells plenty of new hardware and full gaming computers.

During a ram slam I broke the plastic strap for my CPU cooler. Called pretty late to see if he had any in store and he offered to drop it at a neighboring store for pick up since he was about to close. I decided to just come in the next day and he remembered our conversation and had put aside a set for me. Ended up grabbing a well-priced 4tb hdd to replace some aging externals and talked shop with me to make sure everything would work for me and it would all integrate nicely. Definitely recommend this locally owned and operated store!

I've been here with my wife a number of times. Most recently he rebuilt a computer one of our cats destroyed.

Then helped us trouble shoot exactly what wifi card the motherboard of the rebuilt computer needed.

I love going to his shop as I feel like I learn something new each time I visit. Great guy and super friendly. Strongly recommend him.

Great locally owned computer shop. I recently purchased a new hard drive on Amazon and didn't have the correct screw to install into my motherboard. I called the place on a whim, spoke with the owner who knew exactly what I needed and gave me a very fair price.

Absolutely top tier service and information very good price, very knowledgeable about the subject. when I had an issue with my cpu due to my own failures he gave was giving updates on the troubleshooting process and was great to do business with and would recommend this place to anyone with a computer issue or looking for parts for building.

Built a system for me in 2019 and it is 2023 as I write this review and I still visit his shop to get new systems built and old ones upgraded. Very friendly, highly insightful about his knowledge of the topic and willing to stop what he's doing to lend his knowledge out to explain something. I have called him about getting a graphics card out so I could install a HDD and turns out it was a lot more involved than it used to be. I just loaded it in the car and took it to him. He showed us (my husband and I) how to take it out and installed the HDD optic cords for us. Always enjoy going there. Highly recommend his company for all levels of computer help.

came in around 5:30. They guy working there was super nice and he fixed my gaming pc. He even threw in a new power cord since I had left mines in another state. Also gave me advice. 10/10
