Book Exchange of Foley

Love this store; books galore! They are the only bookstore that I know of that carries foreign language books. I had a German bible & another book in German that I got store credit for. Unfortunately, they didn't have any books available in the 2 mystery series I'm reading so I have 2 books on account. They have a large children's section, a huge record selection, large print books, & sometimes even musical instruments. Be aware that they do not have a public restroom. If you love books, this store is a must see!

Soooooo many books. I feel like you can find something here even if you’re not a reader. I’m not a reader and I found almost $60 worth. Eek!

An array of entertainment media; From books to video games and movies, you're sure to find something you've been wanting in your personal collection! Great prices as is, but they've implemented a great trade-in system that allows you credit towards current and/or future purchases! This past visit was actually my first time trading somethings in; Turned in 3 books. I browsed around and found a DVD and two books I wanted to purchase. The gentleman who did my transaction let me know that DVD trade-in prices are usually for DVD trade-ins but still let me have the trade in price regardless! I appreciated the exception and the suburb customer service! I will always return whenever I'm in the area!

What a gem!! We had never been through downtown Foley and was actually there to visit the comic book store across the street, which had not opened for the day.. however... this love book store was open and we gladly ventured in! It had a huge selection. We plan to make this part of our trip to the beach in future trips.

Super neat little used bookstore!

It took ages for us to ever stop and visit this shop, but it has become our favorite “meet me at” place. We then we walk our books down to the nearby coffee shop and enjoy chatting over them.

I took books in to trade this last time, and got $8 in credit for the 8 books. When I checked out, I got $5 off these 5 books, making my purchase just $18 + change for all of these. That’s a great bargain for a whole lot of education and entertainment!

Huge selection if you're willing to spend the time to peruse the shelves. I picked up a few biographies that the library did not have for a couple of bucks each

Tons of books on every subject, very nicely organized, smells like 'books' and a great atmosphere! Very cool trade in policy and Haley did a great job or explaining how everything works, pricing, and showed us around. Very personable and polite. Definitely recommend this awesome book store to everyone!!

Great store! I like how they have some series packaged together for a special price. Definitely take the time to dig deep and find the good stuff.

Place is huge! Very well organized, alphabetically by author and genre.

There are way more books than it looks like it could hold from the outside! We spent at least 45 minutes just browsing. I chose a book out of their recommended section and really liked it. Very fair pricing, very polite staff.

Found lots of books reasonably priced. I could have stayed all day looking & reading.

I grew up practically living in book exchanges and used book stores. If you have similar memories, this is a must visit. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience here and managed to find a few things we wanted. I hope this bookstore sticks around forever so it can be a regular part of our summer vacations.

This bookshop is a treasure trove of literary treasures. From first editions to rare finds, every book holds a piece of history waiting to be discovered.

Great selection of used books. Staff very friendly and helpful! If you love to read and/or collect books, it's a must go to! They have used dvd's, records, video games and more!

I could spend hours there. New(ish) releases. It was hard to keep to my self imposed $50 budget. My choices were history and biography. The hardcovers ranged from $4 to $6.99. Staff were engaging and very helpful.

Wow can you say books? Every book,DVD and more. Come see and and a friend for our book signing on Oct. 28 at 11-2. Both local authors. Great place.
