Excellent service! "Andy" replaced the dead battery in my car promptly & skillfully for free. Reasonable price for a new battery.

The employee behind the counter was very, very attentive and help me get something that we weren't sure that they even had but what I got was perfect and I think I'm very much. I'll go there many more times in the future

Wow! This store feels roomy. The service is incredible and the workers actually give me the right parts and help find the most affordable quality part without being pushy. The other Auto store nearby is always crowded, slow, given me wrong parts several times. Its hard just to walk into Auto Zone and browse because the line gets back to the entrance and no room to walk. When you walk in, you can feel the heaviness of the place. Not pleasant. Advanced is the total opposite! Definitely check them out!!

Number one place I love to go to get parts

These guys did a good job. It seemed like they had some other things going on before I even came in, but they still prioritized my issue and asked me if I needed anything. After I gave them exactly what I needed, they did go ahead and direct me exactly to the aisle and location of the product that I needed. After looking around for a little bit longer they reassured themselves that I did not need anything else and checked me out with efficiency.

I can't say enough about this place. This is my favorite parts store. Friendly staff and they are all so helpful.

I called to make sure that they had the battery that I needed and the gentleman that helped me was very nice and informative. I pulled in, he checked out my current battery and informed me that it definitely needed to be replaced. He replaced it within 10 mins or less and I was back at work. Amazing staff! They saved me today for sure!

Just went and checked them out a couple of weeks ago. Small store it seems but everyone I met (2 visits) was really nice and knowledgeable. Friendly and they take their time with customers and potential customers.
A young guy came in with new Camaro V6 looking for a muffler with a certain sound. A couple of the employees there discussed it with him then one took him to the isle and showed him ones they were talking about.
Don't know if he bought one or not but he was getting excellent customer service when I left.
It's all about how you treat your customers especially regular customers in this business.
Stores act like they know this but they and often certain employees forget that this is what it's all about.
You won't make sales goals from the occasional person stopping in for that top priced battery with free installation for a one time sale.
It's about getting ALL of the customer's business.

Needed wipers replaced had no idea how or which ones to get but was helped quickly by Dennis and Andy to help make the day easy Dennis even installed my wipers for me, definitely will be returning 👍

HUGE shout-out to Tammy at Advance Auto Parts in Beavercreek! I was in a bad, bad spot. 40 miles away from home and a bad alternator. Luckily they had one in stock and I was able to change it right there in the parking lot in 45 minutes. Tammy lent me the tools I needed and tested the battery & alternator after I was done and it passed. She was awesome and went well above and beyond what I'd expect from anyone else in her position. Thanks, Tammy!

My opinion on this location compared to other Advances I think its the best one in Dayton with ordering online and in stores. When you need help or have a question they have a clue and dont have to get someone else like other stores. Dont get me wrong I still will use the Smithville location and the the new tiny Advance in Beavercreek but this one has more in stock for me and im in a few times a week. I use to have the commercial account but the online works better for me.
