McDonald's

I placed a really annoying (not on purpose) and complicated Door Dash order. It was a pretty expensive order ($60) so I kept my fingers crossed. The order was fantastic! All my special requests were honored. It was SUPER tasty. Fine job, Evening Staff! People are quick to complain these days. They should take more time to recognize jobs well done. I also regularly go to this location to pick up a dozen breakfast burritos. Morning Staff is great, too!

For some reason this McDonald's( the one on Harshman) has hard bread EVERY time. Why can't you get a fresh sandwich? Makes no sense. They are busy day and night and can't get just made food? It's worth the trip to go to the one on Needmore food tastes like real McDonald's food.

The food is always great, the service is always fast and friendly, and my order is always prepared correctly!

got some food here less than 10 minutes ago, best mcdonald’s i’ve ever had. I took the first bite out of my pretzel mcflurry and nearly cried tears of joy I believe it was brad and amy who helped me. they were super professional, and I could tell they took pride in their job. A raise or promotion is definitely needed for the two of them.

Customer service is below par for sure. All you get is a "what did you order?" and a "yep" at the end. No thank you, no have a good day, no nothin. I hate going to that mcdonalds. And usually they make you pay cash at night prob cause they stealing imo. Do better people. If ur so unhappy with ur job - leave. Give someone else the job who will appreciate it.

This has to me the fastest McDonald's I've been to. I could see the teamwork going on in there!

If it was really good the experience was pretty good but the atmosphere was kind of they were like remodeling or something and kind of looked pretty shabby but hopefully they get it done

Got wrong order, what we did get was over cooked

I asked the employee to make my fries( fresh and hot )since Mc Donald's raised the prices. And they made sure they were fresh.I believe they should make their fries when they have customers.
Instead of letting the fries sit for 30 to 46 min.under a light. The fries should be hot. But I under stand why.

It's fully cooked so the customer doesn't get 🤢

Before you eat or drink anything you should be in an environment to sit at a 🪑🔶🪑table 🛋🪑⚫🪑👌if you have (clumsy hands) which I call it (butter finger) when you get home the food should be cooled down. 🥺Not cold😒
It hurts people and companies when you are selfish in your thinking☹

Hopefully the company is not ⚖ robbing you for ☹ bad food.

We came during rush hour and service was fast, efficient, the workers verified the order, and handled everything smoothly. Someone ahead of us had cut us off in the drive through and paid for our order, and the team quickly figured out the issue and had it corrected within a minute.

Very pleased with the service here.

Well it was early morning. I ordered 2 sausage egg mu muffins they were $ 5.98 I ordered 1 sauge egg buscuit and it was $4.09. I couldn't believe a biscuit with 1 slice of sausage and 1 egg could cost so much. I think the price was out ragious. The food was hit and delicious. The order was correct and fast. The service was good and polite. I'll go back but I will check prices before I order the next time.

These people are amazing. Last Saturday morning I dropped into by 30 sandwiches for my crew. We are producing a movie locally. For some reason the computers would not work and I could not use my credit card. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I got my food and also I was not required to pay for the food either because of the delay in processing. I owe these guys a big thanks and we'll be back to bring them some awesome gifts in the near future! Thumbs up for these guys tremendous.

I ordered 4 big breakfast meals and did not add hotcakes. The manager was very kind and gave me the hotcakes without making me pay the difference. I even asked to pay since it was my error. That is how you take care of your customers. I will return to this location even if it's out of my way. Great job!!

Great visit food really tasted good service was on it atmosphere was pretty fair no fights or yelling

every employee was really respectful and and they have that store on 100%no one waits no more than 5 min. They all work like at team and they have real good routine they all do it i just wanna tell all you guys Your great people respectful you guys are workers you be on top later in life with a really good job that you love and making thousands every week i believe you guys can do it. I wish that every one There achieves all there dreams thanks all of you guys for being a nice to me

Whoever was working the night of July 15th should get a raise. They made really good food, were really quick, and were really nice. We had had a rough night and it was nice to get great service

This location, i believe is not one of the franchise locations, its corporate owned. That being said its service tends to be more reliable than a couple of the other local franchised locations. My family and i try to go to this location, we have less messups with our orders :)

But please note: Even though they are a 24/7 location, if you stop in here at 2am on a saturday, after the bars close for food you will find them temporary shut down for rebooting of there systems. (For about 30 min) this has happened to us 4 or 5 times... :(

Quick drive through service my order was correct. Friendly service

They actually made my caramel iced coffee right the 1st time. I always ask for light cream, Xtra caramel and I add 3 liquid sugars, so it was nice they actually listened and followed directions.

First time I have Ever gone through drive thru there and had a genuine smiling face when I said happy the price for a small Carmel frappe dropped bk to $2. AND THE HAMBURGER WAS HOT W FRESH BUN AND NORMAL SIZED TOMATOES. I WILL BE GOING THERE AGAIN.....NOW.
