I received a phone call stating my device had come in. I went to their business location at the prearranged time to pick it up. and was very pleased in how they handled the entire process. This including giving me detailed instructions on it's usage and care, as well as providing me with supplies and a phone number for the rep to call should I need further assistance. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and concerned that I
be able to use what I received. I highly recommend this company for others.

John the service tech was fantastic! He kind and delivered a wheelchair to us at the hospital later in the evening. We couldn't be more greatful. It was a rough time as our son broke his leg very badly, and the kindness and understanding that John showed us was much needed.

Customer service was outstanding. The rep took the time to explain everything and make sure my mother understood, even went as far as too speak into his phone so she could read instructions because she is very hard of hearing.

Give Monica a raise! She was kind, patient, informative, and punctual. It was such a relief to have a good experience during this difficult time.

I have not had a bad experience yet with Aerocare they have always been on top of taking care of me despite working short handed men. I appreciate Corey going above and beyond to make sure I had my oxygen and my bed. He’s always well mannered and kind despite what he’s got to do he’s doing it with no hesitation. I’m forever grateful for Corey and Aerocare. He made things happen when it almost seemed impossible. Again thank you so much I am forever grateful for you all.
