Very nice and knowledgeable staff. Been having some issues with my car starting and they tested my battery for me and we're able to explain it in terms I could understand(im not a car person at all). They were able to replace it quick with no hassle for me to be on my way back to work. Would recommend, shout out to the store manager as he is who helped me thank you!

Amazing! Had a dead battery headed back to WI from PA. Praying for some good advice and a helping hand, I googled this location and went there. The man who helped me diagnose my bad battery and help me with a new one was top notch! From the moment I walked in til when I closed my hood and drove away he was so friendly and considerate and helpful. I can't remember his name but he has very light blonde hair and facial hair and light complexion. Whoever he is, please thank him again for me and also he deserves ba raise!!

Excellent service. Without asking, Gage removed and replaced our faulty headlight bulb. I know from experience how fiddly that is - thank you, Gage. Much appreciated.

The store was amazing as a whole !!!!!! They helped me out beyond anything I could asked it was cold ,snowing,raining and all Michelle (I think that was her name )Another gentleman and Eddie all came out to help me and Eddie sealed the Deal very nice wasn’t upset about helping me in the ruff cold conditions and They were amazing.. I came in early in the morning on my way to work, because the negative contact on my battery was loose. I came hoping to get help tying up the nut on it, and manage to get in and out in less than 5 min. Eddie was super helpful , really kind of him to drop what he was doing to help me. I really appreciated it.

Called in the morning of Christmas Eve. Talked to Michelle asking the hours they are open that day. Needed a headlight. She gave me the information. I left work about 1PM. When I got to the store Terry G. greeted me . Asked what I needed. Told me he was expecting me because Michelle let him know I was coming. Got my headlight and even installed it. He was very pleasant and helpful. Will be stopping there again when I need anything else.

Michelle & Nate were beyond amazing. I needed assistance changing out my headlights, they both helped me without hesitation. Both had awesome personalities and I truly appreciated their great customer service. Thank you to you both at store

The guys were so helpful! I went to have both my batteries replaced in my Malibu. They actually installed them for me! They also checked my engine light code that I thought was from the bad auxiliary battery. Come to find out it was an additional issue. They printed out the codes and potential parts to fix. They were also so nice and friendly. Michelle

Good parts for a moderate price

I went into the Fairborne, Holland OH branch this morning to purchase a new car battery for my Subaru Legacy. The greatest, most helpful guy named Kris sold me my battery. He noticed I needed to place one of the terminals. He replaced that, installed the battery, and was super helpful!! I am grateful! Totally recommend this store!! Thank you AutoZone! Thank you Kris!!!

Excellent service above and beyond Esteban looked up parts cross-referenced parts found my parts Michelle also assisted thought of other options they were able to fix both my windshield washer parts and my door lock mechanism that wouldn't put my windows up and down excellent service above and beyond

Stopped in to get windshield wipers and a new battery key fob. Everyone there was so helpful and very quick. Richard was once of the nicest people I have encountered in a long time. Such a good experience!

Great service great staff real busy at the time

My post is late because I was very sick shortly after going to this location. I wanted to give commendation to Bradley who was so helpful and kind towards me on October 31st.

Two of my headlights went out and I wasn’t sure how to replace them. Even though I had a picture on my phone, he took the time to go outside and ensure that we were getting the correct bulbs for the area. He helped me to make the best choice for the type of bulbs to purchase for my vehicle.

He was meticulous in the way he replaced the bulbs. He suggested that I get an inexpensive salve product to place the bulbs in which he informed aided in the longevity of the bulbs. He checked and double checked to make sure the bulbs worked before I drove off.

He provides great customer service! Well done!

I stopped here to get a. Battery for my car. They offered to install it for me. My friend ended up doing it because they were busy but they did provide the tools we needed to do it.
