T-Shirt Spot(TSS)

Had some stockings embroidered there, they were the only place in town I could find to embroider for me this close to Christmas. Cost about $20 per embroidery which is pricey but I really love how they came out so I'm happy with it. No communication issues with color or font, there was a small stitching flaw on one letter but aside from that they are perfect. Probably took 3-4 days to get them done but that was still plenty of time before Christmas. Thanks!

I called TSS to get some information about their services and Mandy was extremely friendly and helpful. I’m from Florida and visiting my sisters to celebrate my dad’s angelversary. We wanted to find a place to make a t-shirt in my dad’s memory and we found TSS on Google search. We had many concerns and questions about how the process would work since we were planning to go the day I was heading back to the airport. Mandy took her time to explain everything and she was glad to answer all of our questions. Thanks to Mandy all of our questions were answered! We are super excited to visit the store tomorrow and make out shirts!

Would give this spot 10 stars if I could. We went in this morning at exactly 10am when they opened having not spoken to anyone and without having a design put together AND needing a sweatshirt printed within the hour. We spoke to Aaron right when they opened and he put together an absolutely perfect and unique design and got it pressed onto a sweatshirt within 30 minutes. These guys are life savers and more significantly do exceptional work! If you need custom anything, this is the spot to go to!

I would love to give Mandy and TSS a hundred stars! I have been going here for years and ALWAYS an incredible job, always perfect shirts for so many special occasions. This particular job is for an incredible family and more so our nephew who has been battling Sarcoma for 3-years, Gabriel made a decision to make a bucket list and is on his way to Disney. I needed some special shirts and as always TSS and Mandy especially was there for us. Mandy making sure that each shirt was perfect did the job on the spot and we want to say what a blessing she is. Thank you TSS and Mandy truly an incredible business.

Went there Sunday for a last minutes shirt. Told customer what I want within 45 minutes; I have what I want for the project. And I was happy with the product and the customer service that day.

Walked in and brought a picture with me, i expected it to take a very long time. Mandy was very helpful and the whole process was extremely quick. Quality is great!

Mandy hooked me up with a custom t-shirt for my dad and was super helpful with making sure that the color of the words would stand out on the shirt. She had the shirt done in under 20 minutes and had great customer service and personality. Great price for a great custom shirt! Highly recommend !

I was super impressed with the quality and craftsmanship of TSS Printing in the Crossgates Mall. I worked with Mandy and she was outstanding! She is very friendly and talented and she was able to help me design a t-shirt for a birthday gift. I was more than pleased by the overall results. I highly recommend this business and their products.

Mandy at TSS was amazingly helpful - her manager had left her alone to run the store and she was multi-tasking between my own order, helping another customer with a much larger and more complicated order, as well as answering random in-store and over-the-phone inquiries. She was courteous, professional, and informative, and I hope this praise finds its way to her (along with a raise, perhaps)

what an amazing experience! Great customer service. Needed 6 Tshirts printed for a birthday party last minute and TSS came through! They were able to fill our order in 30 minutes.

Erica was such a great person to talk to while processing my order. Her customer service has to be the best I’ve seen in along time. And obviously the end result of my purchase was exceptional. I love the shirt and will be coming back very soon.

Mandy sat with me while I had the best experience with getting my t shirt mad today she also helped me figure out the design n styles for me & took her time . She was patient and very respectful I had a wonderful experience & will come back every time also tell people about my experience I had today .

I went there to get several hoodies done for Christmas, they came out AMAZING. The girl Erika who took and completed my order had them done the same day. She was polite, friendly and great at her job. Very pleased with my experience there!

Was serviced by a girl named Mandy and it was 100/10. Soon as I walked in was greeted and helped with exactly what I needed. Print was perfect and i was out of there within 5 minutes. WONDERFUL SERVICE!!! Thank you Mandy !

The employees at the T-Shirt spot did an awesome job! Had everything ready when they said and made everything to our required specifications. They didn't give us any trouble about what we wanted printed, and we all had a good laugh about our design once it was done. I will definitely be coming back to get more prints!

This is the best printing spot in Albany. Always get my stuff done by Mandy! She always knows exactly what to do! When you visit, ask for Mandy. She’ll take care of you!

I love the shirt that I got printed here. They didn't have the exact shirt I was looking for, but I am a bit picky. I ended up bringing my own and Erika helped me with designing the shirt as well as the printing. Everything ended up just how I wanted. I couldn't be happier with the service I got today. Walked in logo ready, chose from a HUGE selection of garments. I ended up going with a white hoodie, and was blown away by the quality.

Total time - 40 minutes. I received a phone call halfway through after they did a test print making sure what came out is what I wanted. I went down to check and it was exactly what I wanted. I will 100% go back for more when I need them!

I worked with Mandy today to have a canvas bag embroidered and she was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Great customer service.
