Chris was awesome and had made up for it when i told him about my terrible experience at another mcdonalds nesrby before going there. He was very understanding and had amazing customer service. He provided a discount and the food was fresh and was really good. His attitude, drive thru time, and service was 5/5 for sure.

The manager working that morning Tuesday 6/18/24 was great and appreciated his work with only 2 people 4he had a great addatude and really hooks us up thanks for your hard work

Went to this store to grab lunch, and ordered double fish but recieved single. called to inform of the error and was told to come in at my convenience to get the proper sandwich free of charge. Pretty cool!! I understand lunch hour rush, I got no argument nor excuses ,but great customer service!!!

If there's one thing that caught my attention, it was the exceptional customer service.

Even on the busiest days, you can always expect to be greeted with a smile ready to serve. along with their positive attitude, the staff are always quick and accurate with your orders.

Went there on my hour lunch today through the drive thru, it was busy but I got my food within 5 minutes. Food was hot & delicious. Awesome & fast workers!

Very fast, efficient, respectful staff during the overnight shift. The crew works great together. The manager keeps his staff focused and moving along to push out the orders on time with fresh quality food.

Minus an outburst by a female patron in the restaurant, it was an overall good experience. The staff at this place are hardworking, courteous and professional people for sure! A woman was nursing her baby while sitting down eating french fries, with both of her breasts exposed. Which was disturbing. She kept alternating between both breasts and her child apparently bit down hard on one of her nipples because she screamed and almost choked on her food. The poor baby was so terrified he began screaming, spitting milk and snotting out of his nose, all over his own face. Staff prepared my big-mac meal fresh to order and it was delicious!

This is the second time my wife and I have had to call corporate on this McDonald's due to lack of not only employees but their manager April tell us she can't give us condiments with our breakfast sandwiches. Now after calling corporate the first time they said we could get condiments on any of our sandwich orders regardless of the time of day. Manager April was very addement about us not getting them. We will never be going back to this McDonald's again. It's very sad when you can't get a packet of mustard for our sausage biscuits. Manager April had no problem giving us corporates number, however she could have just opened the mini fridge and gave us a condiments. It's sad when McDonalds managers are the ones refusing to give you good service. VERY SAD INDEED. This.is McDonalds on commercial Drive in Yorkville NY.

Great service, and one of the only places left where the kids can play for hours in the winter for the price of a happy meal. I always worry about germs, but there are hand wipes by the door and a bathroom in the play area for before and after handwashing.

We're from out of town, stopped in for a quick lunch on the way to college volleyball tournament. Was met by a lovely older lady who took our order. By the time I got my soda, our food was delivered to our table, what service! I wish our McDonald's did that!!

Ordered on the app and both items were out of stock. Jaz was excellent and made an alternative, which was delicious!! She was polite, empathetic and professional. A great employee, this location is lucky to have her!

The employees here are nice, they have a indoor play area for the kids, which is great.(as far as I know they do except reservations for birthday party's to reserve the space in the play area). Not many McDonald's have these anymore. The store has had some recent renovation work done and it looks nice. They have always been a slower McDonald's, but they normally don't throw your food together here. however, a bit slower at times since they started the breakfast all day thing. Usually only slow here when they run their fish special through Lent. Have gotten the wrong order a couple of times since they started their double drive through here & it happened during the lunch rush. Partly my own fault for not checking the bag before leaving &/or asking the employee is that my .... Thus giving them the chance to realize they don't have the correct order/vehicle. Granted the system takes a picture of the vehicle for the employee, but they are not high quality, not everyone can make out the make &/or model of a vehicle & also if you have two of the same/or similar color at the same time it's hard to make out.

Jaz, one of the managers is an excellent asset to the company(I’m sorry if I spelled your name wrong). I ordered on the app and they ran out of the product we ordered and she remedied the situation perfectly. Friendly and exceptional! Thank you! Will be back!

Good service rarely mixes up or messes up my orders. Met the owner Tom. Very nice guy. Always looking to improve customers experience. The big thing I miss about McDonald's is the Butterfinger mcflurrys......please bring them back.

This is my favorite McDonald's to take my kids to. They love the indoor playground. It's kept clean, with enough seating near by to keep an eye on your kids playing. Staff is very friendly, highly recommend this place.

I had to wait a while for just one burger bc I went inside, but the food was great and the staff was friendly and the place was super clean.

The wait was unreal at the drive-through, and there were only 2 cars in front of us

Food is great as always especially the newer crispy chicken with mayo and pickles. only draw back can't go inside and eat! bummer. Wendy's you can,KFC you can, come on get back to inside eating!

Service was quick for as busy as it was! Don't eat fast food often but it was good! Very polite and friendly employees!
