We were looking for a mattress for a spare bedroom and not spend too much. Jake didn't push us to look at more expensive mattresses. We were satisfied with the mattress and box spring which was in our price range. Jake was friendly and not a pushy salesman.

Jonney was very kind and very professional in helping us find a "sweet dream" mattress. He was even sweet to our kids and a sweet salesman all around. He informed us what would be a good fit for us and even helped find a payment plan that's we can afford easily. I don't usually do reviews but we will gladly be a customer over the next few years.

Above and beyond customer service! Jonney was great in personally getting to know us, asking a lot of questions so he could accurately show us mattress’s he thought we’d be comfortable on. He’s very knowledgeable in his inventory and took the extra time to walk us around the showroom. Having us test a variety of price points and talking about the different qualities and companies of the mattress he showed us. Ultimately finding us (hopefully) our dream mattress! He did extra, extra having it delivered to our home! Thanks again and we’ll be back for the kids beds!

So I needed a replacement pillow, I left mine at hotel on vacation. I have a neck injury and the Malouf lavender helps a ton. Jake hooked me up with the last one they had, it was a display (great shape)and I could not wait for new to come in. They got a great deal for me on it, and threw in a pillow case as well. Not pushy sales people, but he did offer me some other options, but i stayed with the Malouf. Go see them. Thanks guys, much appreciated!
