My handsome son works here and he loves it and is really good with people. He has great customer service that even though his parents were there he made sure his customer came first. Give my baby a raise. This place is the best place to go for your kids for back to school. They always have great selections and a good sale going. I'm a country woman so I was shocked to see how many cowgirl boots they have and even have some cute heels too. Everything from kids to men this is the place you want to be.

My shoe size makes shoe shopping difficult and sad, something I'd never wish upon another woman😞 I can always count on Rack Room to carry a few pairs in my size, not just nurse shoes either!!! Plus the (seemingly?) perpetual bogo half-off deal, clearance racks, and membership perks really add up. I hardly even consider other stores when I need a new pair.

I found a great deal on these beautiful pink sketchers here, I got me and my cousin a pair altogether $80 and some change that is the price for one pair but I got two!! 😆

They had my Sketchers sandals in here. Yay! I wanted a black pair and a white pair. They were buy one, get one half off. They were out of the white in my size so the cashier ordered it for free delivery to my home and I still got the same price. My feet are very happy.

Great selection of shoes and sizes. The customer service is a 10/10! There is always staff around to assist you, without smothering you. The rewards program is a great benefit as well. I would recommend this location over others I’ve visited.

This store always gave great deals on shoes for men. If you plan on shopping for more than 30 minutes, bring a coat. The store is cold. The staff are polite and ready to help.

Good store. I bought some shoes because I was needing some. They got a wide variety of them, really good quality, price might be high but its worth it. Would come back to buy more shoes.

Very helpful staff, the shoes are a little expensive but with the bogo half off deal its not too bad. One shoe I wanted wasn't there in my size so they shipped it to my home for free.

They always have a booo so the shoes are cheap, you can try them before you buy them and even find them online for cheaper. The place is clean and well maintained seems like the staff is well put together. Always greeted with a friendly smile. Love to go in to se wif any new styles came in.

Its a thick chick named Kiera that works there, OMG😍😍 got me wondering did I really come for the shoes😂😂😂 nah the whole staff was wonderful @ avenues mall Jax FL 7/8/20 @1-2pm, hopefully they all get raises, because there customer service was beyond excellent, didnt stalk me around, they did there thing and allowed me to have time to shop and find what I was looking for, instead of harassing me, or making me feel uncomfortable great job guys....👍👍👍👍👍

Went to Sketchers outlet for my 8 year old, but my 14 year old wanted Nikes or Van's so we shopped here.

I got 2 pair for the price of 1. It was buy one, get one free sale. Do have nice shoes.
