Finally! A tasty boba shop in the neighborhood! Good assortment of boba! My family has the Taro Boba, Brown Sugar Boba and Sesame Boba. All tasted great!

Went there this past weekend and got a great Mango Cake Tea. They do not fill the cup from top to bottom with ice, as some other places do, so you are getting the full 22 oz.

I ordered the classic milk tea for me and the brown sugar milk tea with boba for my son. These are the hardest for anybody to screw up. This was absolutely the worst boba tea I have ever drink. One mouthful and I had to spit it out. Dumped both the cups. $15 literally down the drain. Classic milk tea was made with one cup of black tea with 5 scoops for non-dairy creamer, some ice and one scoop of boba with syrup.

Nocatee is an unincorporated planned community located primarily in northern St. Johns County, Florida and a census-designated place. The community blends a variety of neighborhoods with schools, parks, recreation, offices, shopping, and restaurants. As of 2020, the community consists of twenty-two neighborhoods, some of which are specialized for certain age groups. Part of the development lies within Jacksonville in Duval County.
