Gran bay smoke shop

This smoke shop is hands down the best around. The hours of operation blow every other smoke shop out of the water. That’s just for starters. The customer service is nothing short of impeccable. The owners and the workers are family oriented and exceptionally friendly. Any questions you might have, they will answer. As they are outstandingly knowledgeable in their craft and all the products they offer. Many smoke shops claim to be a “one stop shop”. This smoke shop is exactly that… and so much more.

I've been to a fair share of smoke shops between South Florida and Jacksonville over the years. But, never has a shop ever felt more caring and personable as the team at Gran Bay. Bonus points for having lots of snacks and drinks! I highly recommend taking at least one trip there for your smoker needs; their professionalism and kindness will probably make you a regular too. 10/10 recommend.

I live less than 5 minutes away and easily the most clean and professional smoke shop I’ve seen in a very long time. Quality product only and it pretty much doubles as a convenience store!

Highly recommend this shop! The owner is a gem. He is super knowledgeable about all the products in his store and is so nice! Wide range of variety and new products coming in all the time. Don’t go anywhere else!

The owner is amazing with his guests that walk in-out of the shop. Plus the shop has it all, snacks drinks, alcohol, great selection of products. The owner and employees are probably the coolest if not by far most generous people in the shop.
