The store was clean and the associates were very helpful. They resolved my issue with no hesitation. Temeka was very knowledgeable and her customer service was exceptional. This location will be my primary location moving forward. The staff was very friendly and polite. I was warned before coming to this location but everything I was told wasn’t how my experience was this store must have new enployees because everyone was willing and eager to help. The store manager greeted me and hand shake and it’s very rare that you get that in customer service.

I was upset when I came into the store today, but Temeka was patient. She listened to my problem and did what she could to help me. Before I left the store, I apologized to her and tried to buy her lunch. She assured me that she understand my situation and was happy to help resolve the problem. The customer service at this store is the best. I'll forever stay with T-Mobile.

Arniceya was the best customer server representative I have ever encountered. I love how easy she made things for me to understand. I will be returning soon.

I have been with T-mobile since 1992 and will be with them til I die. I like the sales, service that I have gotten and continue to receive. T-mobile has my vote of confidence and ain't no changing now.

I had a great experience with Ebb. I thought that she was the manager because she was very informative. To find out that she wasn't the manager, she was assisting the Manager, because the manager was lost. I was wondering how the manager, was the manager because she kept asking Ms. Ebb how to do this and that. Keep up the great work Ms. Ebb.

I had been trying for a week to get my old number transfer over from family mobile and I couldn't get it done and no help from the people sold it to me. So I went into this store and cornel asked if he could try and help me and after a hour he got my number transfer for me I will be using this store from now on.
