AMAZING service 👍like many people I had gotten into that "price rut" with t-mobile and my bill just kept creeping up. Being a disabled retiree it was proving to be a drain on my monthly expenses AND I was already on their so called 55unl plan that started at $40 only to be charged $58 and the service was continuously horrible. Dropped calls, email coming late, text not working. The day I called 911 and it wouldn't go through was the camel. I explained my situation to the staff at Cricket in Lee's Summit and immediately was offered a huge MONTHLY discount for low income customers that was TRUE. Better service all together, fabulous phone and service I couldn't believe! Staff actually took TIME and set my phone up for me , literally and it took some time.

I got a phone 5x cheaper than mine. Bigger than mine. And prettier for 30$. I went weeks without a phone cause i didnt have money too get new one. One day i walked in cricket and a woman at the desk helped me get a new better phone fast. This location is honest and helpful. It was a blessing walking in.

Wanted to share that Kimberly is the most professional person I've dealt with in all my time with Cricket. We needed to exchange a couple phones and she did it with no hassle or trouble. We live in Blue Springs but after our experience there.... We will happily travel to Lees Summit for all of our phone needs going forward. Honestly, We were ready to port over to another provider but Kimberly made us change our minds. Looking forward to working with her in the future. P.S. LG Stylo 6 are the best phones we ever had.

Kimberly and Ashley HOOKED US UP! I switched 4 lines from t-mobile, got 2 phones for free and an iPhone SE for $50 through a promotion. I'm saving $140 a month on the service plan. I was able to keep my numbers and my Samsung S10. I think we were only there for about an hour and a half which was super quick! Thanks ladies! I appreciate ya!

Kimberly was absolutely wonderful! We had been having issues with my husbands phone for 2 months and finally were able to get our problems resolved. Kimberly was very persistent and made absolutely sure we left her location 100% satisfied!

Good price (taxes included in the price!!), Good coverage (at&t), Service isn't to bad (better than other providers I have had). Just wish the unlimited data plan could go on a hot spot.
