My daughter went here and I absolutely loved it. She learned a lot while she was there. The owner is a wonderful person who truly cares about the kids. It's clean, they feed them we'll. The kids are well taken care of here and it shows. I had a great experience the time my daughter was there. The only reason she no longer goes is because I no longer needed daycare services. But if I do she will be back. The 1 year Olds teacher is the sweetest lady.

As we’re beginning kindergarten I wanted to give a huge thank you to Melissa and every teacher here! Y’all have prepared my little one so well for starting kindergarten this year! We will both miss you all! Not to mention the ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ VPK graduation ceremony that was done for the kids!! We are blessed to have had you as part of her school beginning ❤ thank you!

Being new to the area it was difficult to find a center that I was comfortable with but her vocabulary has improved 100%. Pleased would be an understatement and I would recommend to anyone looking for childcare in the Panama City area.

I am consistently impressed by the level of care and dedication provided by the staff. From the moment we walked through the door, we felt welcomed and reassured that our child would be in good hands.

The staff genuinely care about each child's well-being and development, creating a warm and supportive atmosphere that feels like an extension of our own family. It's evident that they prioritize the individual needs of each child, fostering their growth and fostering a sense of belonging.

Another aspect we appreciate is the emphasis on educational activities and structured routines. Our child comes home eager to share the new things they've learned, whether it's through hands-on play, creative arts, or interactive storytelling. It's clear that the curriculum is thoughtfully designed to engage young minds and spark curiosity.

It's evident that they are committed to providing the highest quality care for our child. We couldn't be happier with our decision to enroll our child here, and we wholeheartedly recommend to other parents seeking a nurturing and stimulating daycare environment for their little ones.

This is an awesome childcare center. They are so clean and the staff are sweet! My grandson is learning so much and they actually do curriculum. We love Ms Melissa and Mr Jon.

850 kids is an amazing daycare. My niece goes there and she just loves it. The teachers are amazing and really care about the kids and teach them so much. I would highly recommend this wonderful daycare to everyone.

This space for kids is great. Safety is their absolute priority. The stuff cares about children thoroughly. My daughter doesn’t want to leave the daycare and can’t wait going back after weekend. The VPK program is interesting and affordable. Definitely recommend this place!

My Grandson has been here for several years now and it has been a great experience. He learns something new everyday and is always excited to go. All of the Teachers have been awesome and very professional. You know Melissa and Jon care for the kids and their well being. I would highly recommend leaving your child in their care.

This was my daughters and I’s first ever daycare experience and I have absolutely no regrets trusting 850 Kids with my kiddo.
Ms. Melissa, Mr. John, Ms. Aimi (all of the staff I have come in contact with) are amazing! They are about all of the kids and we absolutely love seeing them everyday!
I am constantly seeing improvements inside and outside of the building.
The kids are served healthy meals and snacks everyday, there are cameras throughout the building which made me feel so much better, keypads on the doors, a great outside area for the kids, arts and crafts (we always love the art being sent home!), and so much more!
We have had a wonderful experience here so far and we truly appreciate all the staff at 850 Kids.

This is a great childcare facility! 850 Kids has a family atmosphere feel to it and you can take comfort in knowing that you are leaving your child in great hands! I would recommend this childcare to everyone who is looking for a location that exhibits excellence in everything they do!

Great staff! My child get's so excited on our way to drop off. Everyone there is welcoming and attentive! That's very hard to find these days.

Definitely a 10/10 daycare! I switched my son from another daycare to 850 kids and was super nervous about him settling into the new environment with new kids and teachers. The owners understood my concerns and assured me that my son’s well being was in good hands every time I called to check on him. I contact Malissa through “Class Dojo” and when she has time she’ll send me pictures with updates on his day. There’s a nice size playground for the kids to enjoy along with a bathroom so the kids can take “potty breaks”. The daycare is always clean with a welcoming family/friendly home like atmosphere.. Not to mention the holiday decorations and fun. No complaints from this mommy :-)

Since enrolling my, then, 18 month old at 850 KIDS about four months ago, our experience has been outstanding! Without a doubt, all of our daily needs are met with enthusiasm. The classrooms (and the toys in them) and entry are clean & safe, the meals and snacks are healthy, the policies and procedures and the staff it is entrusted to, are O-N-I-T, and… the directors eye will catch anything that is amiss-I swear she sees everything! 850-KIDS gives total transparency to parents by allowing them to come up at any time of the day they wish, as long as you follow a few common since directions. This open door policy along with a classroom app keeps an open line of communication. Melissa, owner and director, runs an organized, experienced, professional team of teachers that love what they do. This is evident because, baring an occasional tantrum, when you enter the building of 850-KIDS, every face is smiling, teachers and kids alike. Knowing that all these essentials are certainly covered allows me the peace of mind needed for a productive day.
Melissa professes that it’s always ‘all about the kids’. Affirmation of this is in the policies, and some of the actions she has taken in our time there. This is not just a good statement to stand behind in this line of business, but the best interests of the little ones is genuinely the #1 concern. I believe she knows the name of every child enrolled! I know my child knows her name because he asks about her on the weekends when he doesn’t see her. Some days, when I pick him up, he would rather stay there a bit longer. I couldn’t ask for a better problem.
I am telling you, this place is awesome because it’s simply good people doing things right!

This daycare is fantastic! They have taught my child so much! I do not worry about her being cared for while she is there. Every night she asks if she is going to daycare the next day because she can’t wait to see her loving teachers & friends. The owners are very kind, and personable. I couldn’t imagine taking my child anywhere else!! I 10/10 recommend!!! They also have a great balance of play and learning time.

As an employee (3yrs) and a grandparent of a student at this center, I must say I absolutely love it here! My granddaughter loves her teachers! Ms. Phyllis and Ms. Marissa both are excellent teachers, and go above and beyond for their little ones. The new owners, Melissa and Jon put 100% into this center every day and it shows! I'm glad to have remained on board with them! I highly recommend this center for the VPK program as well as the younger classes! You won't be disappointed!!!

Melissa and her staff are wonderful! They are all kind and caring to each child. From our very first day they were so warm and welcoming. I highly recommend 850 Kids!

Our daughter has been attending this center for almost two years. She loves going to “school” every day. She adores her teachers. She loves playing on the outdoor playground and in the outdoor kitchen. She gets a balanced breakfast, lunch, and snacks, and she really looks forward to the Halloween and Valentine’s parties. Her teachers also helped SO MUCH with potty training.
