Very nice employees. Easy going. Delivery is on time and all the makings of a big main post office in a small town. Love it. I think all the complaints are from people that don't like small towns. Sometimes stuff happens in life and if the mail isn't delivered on Saturday you would never see it on Sunday in Rochester. I can assure anyone of that.

I want to thank this post office from the bottom of my heart for the humanitarian thing they did for my daughter. I had sent a pkg to her and she couldn't get out of the house because of the snow and because she has a brain tumor. I called them and told them to hold on to the pkg until someone could get it, but lo and behold they drove up her 1/4 mile driveway in the snow to deliver it in person! I am very grateful.

Very friendly service. Answered all questions I had and unlike some post offices didn't make me feel like it was a problem to do their job.

Whoever said it's the worst post office must be from Massachusetts!

I’ve been waiting for my packages that are “attempted deliveries”

They keep saying there’s an interference with delivering my packages but there’s simply not. I have a normal driveway like everyone else in my neighborhood. Do better usps

Consistently dealing with an absolute unprofessional incompetent mail delivery driver in green jeep here in Middleton .Have made multiple complaints to the Milton post office and have resulted in settling to deal with poor treatment. Have experienced packages left on the ground in rain and snow. mailbox door left open. consistently damaged packages an mail. mail is inconsistent an when mails delivered it’s a bundle as if she’s skipping deliveries. packages have been denied as early as 6 am with being noted that they couldn’t access mailbox for delivery after filing complaint the day before.

Rife with bad attitudes and asinine policies. They don't deliver mail to MAIN STREET here in Milton because all of their carriers use personal vehicles, apparently. When asked if anything could be done to change that, the woman I spoke with laughed at me and said I could contact the district, but "good luck" because none of them care if people complain. I reminded her that the USPS is an agency of the government, and exists to provide a service to the people, she laughed and rudely said, "I'm here because the pay and benefits are good."

Constantly poor Service. Wrong Mail being delivered, my Mail not being delivered, and this weekend the carrier decided not to deliver or pick up outgoing mail on Saturday, but decided to do it Sunday. I had bills that needed to go out, and now they will be a day behind due to laziness. I am beyond frustrated, have complained several times, the post master assured me she would personally make sure my Mail got to me, and I still have problems weekly. I had to write out a schedule of when bills are due so that I can pay by phone when they don't show up on time. I will be calling again tomorrow and filling a formal complaint with the USPS.

Worst post office i have ever had to deal with. Packages not being deliver, they will leave a slip and not even bother to knock on the door, mail going to other peoples address, thats if you get it. They put a hold on my mail saying my mailbox was full, yet there was nothing in it. 2 years and nothing but problems.
