Sales associates were extremely helpful everyone comes up to you and asks you if there's anything that they can help you find and they do so more than once pretty much every time that they walk by they make sure that your finding everything okay which is something really hard to find anywhere else as most of the stores that offer Building Supplies are rather large these days and understaffed. The people here seem to be in a great mood considering they are at work. This company has been in business for a long time I'm not sure how long and they hold true to a customer-centric focus which has enabled them to stay here as long as they have in the community as the leading lumber yard and Manufacturing facility in the area.

I've remodeled my home with the help of Middleton Lumber. The staff and yard crew are always present and helpful. Middleton's quality far exceeds what you would get at the big box stores. I'm glad they're here.

The staff at Middleton Lumber in the Middleton NH location are informative and really want to help the builder or DIYer get it right. Though the national chain stores have friendly salespeople, you get to work with pros Middleton, and they're friendly too. They've helped us countless times, and we'll go the extra couple of miles to work with them for most materials. No lumber yard and hardware store is better in the Greater Wakefield NH area!

[4 years later, in Covid Era]: Wow, I know what happened in the face of materials hikes and staff shortages, but then again, I don't understand losing supporting services for the the small builder. Supporting the smallest customers is important for the long-term good name of a business. Hopefully, the small chain will get the staff they need to offer the services they used to.

The customer service was excellent. They were very helpful in ensureing that I ordered correct quantities. The delivery was fast and on time. I will be using this company for all my future building needs.
