Neal & Pam's Bar and Grill

Fun experience on a weekend. Bar staff was nice and fast. Drink were priced ok. I felt like the shot was a little on the expensive side. 7 for a small shot. The seating was fun, and the bar was decorative. Bathroom was extremely small. Be prepared to play with a small space. The bar chairs are fun and comfortable on the inside.

Cute local restaurant/bar, gives like a retro diner vibes inside. We came in the evening when there was a local band there. You have to find an open spot and seat yourself, menus at the tables. Hopefully a server notices you and will come take an order. Our server forgot about us for about 15 minutes for my boyfriend's drink after I got mines. Enjoyed the burgers, fresh off the grill, came with a bag of chips. Boyfriend opted for onion rings, we didn't enjoy them because the batter was so thick on there, may have gotten overfried and crust was so hard. Later that evening, they had karaoke 🎤 super cool! We didn't sing, but maybe next time. Was told they have it between Tuesday -friday (if I remember correctly). For a beer and burger, great prices to support a local place!

Hey the fried bologna sandwich. Atmosphere is fun and inviting. People are great. Pricing is on point. This will be a good to each time we visit.

Our family of 4 went last night and it was very busy but we found an outdoor seat quick. The tables were surfboards and the decor was good. Our waitress Lauren was absolutely great and so was the other wait staff. They work as a team and you can tell it! The waiter with the beard was very quick and responsive as well. Went here for breakfast with a friend yesterday and cannot wait to come back. The country fried breakfast was so dang good, I’ve been thinking about it all day. The breakfast shots were a great way to kick off our day drinking adventure. And our server/bartender was super fun, I don’t remember his name unfortunately but he was great. The whole experience was great. What a gem.

First time at Neal and Pam’s, what a Great atmosphere, it was Karaoke night, crowd was great. The service was Top Shelf our waitress Brittany was the best, a wealth of information and recommendations. She helped us pick some great choices off the menu. She shared her knowledge of the area. She recommended breakfast in the morning and we will be back for it before our trip ride home to NYC.

First I want to apologize for not getting photos. The food here was absolutely delicious. The tuna is too die for. My kids not only scarfed down the tuna but the gator bites as well. Everything was perfect. The tuna was amazing, the gator bites fantastic. I had the pork bbq sandwich and was not disappointed at all. Exactly what I wanted in a Carolina style pulled pork sandwich. Y’all this food was amazing. And the customer service? That was just as amazing as their food. Portion sizes were more than enough, not a one of us left hungry. The respect the staff showed the children? Every place should be like this. Not only did they make the kids feel comfortable, they listened to what they were saying. I cannot recommend this place enough.

The food was great, it came out hot and quickly. Our server, Hanna, was fantastic. Great place anytime of day. The surfboard tables are adorable. 0

The bartender Maddy is amazing and always makes us feel welcome like family. Honestly everyone we know we recommend going here and asking for her and they never leave disappointed. The food is amazing as well. Of course but the main reason us and all our friends and family go is because of the amazing service we get from her. If there were 10 stars her and this place would get all ten. Thanks for the amazing time Maddy

My wife and I LOVE Neal and Pam’s!!! We go every chance we get. Awesome environment and within view of the ocean. We’ve been for breakfast, lunch and dinner and never been disappointed. All of the staff is great (but shout out to Mary and Kim! We love them!). Big range of music playing all day and great live music too! PS - I’m partial to the Man-mosas for breakfast

Hanna is the BEST!!! My beer is always cold and is never empty. She takes the time to learn her guests and make sure they have an experience that will keep them coming back

What an awesome beach bar! Came out for the Polar Plunge to help raise $$ for a dog rescue group, and came early to eat. The soft pretzel was so good, my husband ordered two! I was content with gator bites and the double, chicken/shrimp salad plate. Really fast service, considering how crowded it was! The Polar Plunge was very well attended, too. Their calendar has some activity listed for almost every single day, from trivia to karaoke and band nights. While not bad for tourists (not cliquey at all) it is a great spot for locals, too. The parking lot was full, and there's only 1 handicapped space right behind the building, but folks just parked roadside, too.

What a cool place! 😎 Inside seating with tables for a crowd, outside seating with live music, and you can see the ocean!! And they have karaoke. The food was great! It was made to order and hot and fresh! The service was great, too. My sugar was dropping, and I was alone. I had no sugar with me because I had just changed purses. My waitress sprung into action. The only dessert they have is key lime pie (so good 😋), so I asked for it quickly. Within a minute, another waitress brought me orange 🍊 juice from the bar, and my girl was not far behind with the pie. They kept a check on me the entire time I was there. Forever indebted!! Great service! I ordered the cheeseburger and fries and it was very good. I also ordered a warm pretzel with beer cheese to go. Yum! 😋 The decor is perfect for the beach, and the story of the bar is on the menu. So cool! Y'all check them out!!

I recently had the opportunity to visit Neil and Pam's in Surfside for the first time. I was blown away by the high quality food, the wide selection of craft beer, and the stellar service! I felt like family as soon as I walked in. The fried bologna sandwich and the pineapple blonde beer were amazing! I highly recommend this locally owned establishment!

1st time here. Met very nice people. Food comes out hot and fresh. Not sure if they do karaoke every night. But I enjoyed the atmosphere.

Made a trip down to beach recently and stumbled upon here on our trip. Food was good, but service was better. Had Hanna as out waitress and boy was she on top of it the whole time. The place was slammed since it was a weekend, but Hanna has these delicious passion fruit margs flowing. Never had an empty glass. Would definitely visit again based off this first experience

Neal and Pam’s never disappoints! Great place with delicious food and friendly service. We come almost every weekend and have never have a bad experience. Today was no different. Thanks, Mary for making today’s visit fun, relaxing, and enjoyable! Oh… and the music is always on point!

Our family discovered Neal and Pam's during our vacation. We loved it! The service was awesome. We barely finished a drink before someone came and asked if we needed something.
The peel and Eat Shrimp were some of the best I have ever had and the passion fruit margarita was amazing.
From the live music to the ocean view iwe lhighly recommend Neal and Pam's.

Neal and Pam’s is an outstanding bar. So much fun and has great drinks and service. The atmosphere is electric and Carissa is awesome! She was an amazing bartender, loved going to her to get drinks or whatever else I needed. 10/10.

BEST BACON CHEESE FRIES EVER! We went here because it’s within walking distance of our hotel. I wasn’t exactly sure what to order, but as soon as I tried our table’s appetizer of loaded cheese fries I knew I had to order my own as my meal. I’m a bit of a cheese fry connoisseur, and in all my 21 years of life Neal & Pam’s is probably top 3 of all time.
