I just wanna take this time to shoutout Tori. She is an amazing manager and overall an amazing person. I came to this Caribou for the first time ever. I was having a really sad day today and Tori happened to be the person on the speaker box. Tori must’ve noticed that I was down and when I pulled up to the window, she had a little chat with me. She asked me what happened, and I immediately told her. I don’t know if it was her comforting voice or her comforting smile that made me automatically express my feelings to her. During this moment, Tori gave me kind and courageous support. Tori has an incredible ability to make people feel valued and understood. Her compassionate nature and genuine concern for others shine through in everything she does. She didn't just offer words of comfort; she made me feel seen and heard, which is something rare and deeply appreciated. Her kindness and courage in offering support during my tough time were truly remarkable. Tori's positive attitude and empathetic approach not only made my day better but also left a lasting impression on me. It's clear that she genuinely cares about the well-being of her customers, and her dedication to making a positive impact is inspiring. I am incredibly grateful for Tori's support and kindness. She is a true asset to Caribou, and I hope her efforts are recognized and appreciated by many. Thank you, Tori, for being a beacon of light and for making a real difference in my day.

The women that work here are kind and courteous and always smiling. I love the coffee here and the fruity drinks such as the sparkling tea! I like how the flavors in their products are made with natural ingredients. I feel great instead of worn down after I eat or drink there. I wish I could come more often and the prices were a little lower. That's the only downside. Have a great day!

Very friendly and easy going staff. I've called for last minute orders and always have received "Of course we can!". All of the staff are friendly and understanding. Very convenient with the drive-thru or walk up options.

This location is easy to get to and always gets my drink just the way I asked...especially the "less ice"! And a free pup cup to boot! Thank you!

There are so many caribou around, this one's not even the closet one to me but I drive the extra few miles for this bou crew!! They are kind and quick and my coffee is always tasty!!
