Jason's Deli

This Jason's Deli exceeded our expectations today! We're 25 yr residents of Franklin and have dined at this location for 20 years, but this may have been the best experience we've ever had. From when we entered the deli (and were greeted enthusiastically by staff) until we left, it seemed like this place was operating at a super high level, on all fronts. We actually inquired, wondering if new owners had taken over, and the nice lady who served us our food responded, "No, it's the same owners, we're just focusing on improving our product and staffing." We enjoyed our experience so much we thought these folks deserved a 5-star Google Review. Keep up the good work!

A great lunch place! This is a great place if you're looking for a soup, sandwich, or salad. You order at the counter, take a seat, and your food will be brought out to you. A great selection of menu items and they have something for everyone. They also have free soft serve vanilla and chocolate icecream for dessert. A favorite of all ages.

We love this place. It's great for whatever you order and who doesn't love the salad bar and those little muffins!!!

Bonus is the ice cream machine. pro tip.... add ice cream to your cup and top it off with rootbeer for a float and skip the messy cone.

Very good place to have a quick healthy meal. They have a big salad bar, also offer a large variety of sandwiches: cold or warm, as well as soup or pasta. Gluten free options available. Good place for kids too, easily accessible as there are no stairs required to climb. We also appreciate the friendly staff, ready to make your visit as enjoyable as possible.

I wish I took note of who the cashier was that helped us at 12:45 today Feb 23, but she was awesome. The lady & gentleman who delivered our food were also very lovely. The sandwiches were awesome! Will definitely be back!

My first time at this location. Fast, friendly service at a reasonable price. The salad bar looked good. My half deli cowboy and salad tasted great. I made a root beer float with their soft serve ice cream to go.

Our family LOVES going to jasons deli! They have the perfect amount of various options to choose from but not so many that you just cant decide. Their Alfredo chicken pasta was AMAZING.. The salad bar is fantastic and has wonderful greens and topping choices along with yummy muffins and breads. The Caesar salad is so good and the dressing is delicious. The kids love their kids pizza and spaghetti and of course the free ice cream. And its ridiculously affordable. 1000% recommend Jasons deli for lunch or dinner

Great place for sandwiches. The Reuben is large! Salad bar is really good. And then there's the soft serve that you can get as dessert with any item! It's a regular stop for us

Great deli! We’ve been eating here for years and the food is always fresh and flavorful. The salad bar is kept stocked and has a dedicated employee whose job is to keep the area clean and items fresh. Love the homemade soups. The chicken pot pie is creamy, full of veggies and chunks of chicken. The chili is rich and has just enough spices, beef based so no beans. The staff is friendly, generous serving sizes, free soft serve ice cream, and they also cater and prepare boxed lunches. You won’t be disappointed. Also really handicapped accessible with parking right in front.

I had a last minute group order for a high level meeting and Liz Lorick went out of her way to help. They had a heavy delivery schedule and the store was very busy. She absolutely went above and beyond to make sure the order was ready for me to pick up at my requested time... awesome!
The food was great, the order was exactly right and Liz had a smile for me when I got there.
As an Executive Assistant, this is why Jason's is my go-to for meetings with meal.

Kristin and I stopped in for a weekend bite. The place is usually busy but this time traffic was light and they were able to take our order immediately. Staff is very friendly and made great suggestions. Our food arrived a short time later while Kristin visited the salad bar. The gingerbread muffins are always a treat. My first time here. This place was clean and the salad bar was yummy.
Updated 5-21-21-TOTALLY BUMMED! We had no idea this was only a one plate trip. I would have planned differently...actually we would not have came. Bring back the original salad bar plan. This is not what customers want and by the way... there were others there saying the same. They are not coming back unless it is what it used to be.

Great food. Lots of choices. Casual & comfortable.

Not only a very good salad bar but a very good mostly sandwich and soup menu as well. Prices are reasonable for everything on the menu and the check-out does not include a forced mercy-tip on the receipt. My wife loves this place and I am beginning to! We have been here probably half a dozen times so far and I am becoming a believer that this is a great place to eat.

Jason's is a great place to grab lunch whether dinning in or taking out. The salad bar is great and their menu is full of really great sandwich, salad and soup plates. There is plenty of seating available and it the perfect place for meeting up with friends or family. Normally busy, the wait isn't too long if you are in a hurry. They also have take out available.
