This location always gives fast service. Only suggestion would be on the burritos put the sour cream throughout the burrito. It always ends up in the end.

The best Taco Bell in O'fallon I use to not really like this place; however now the food is way better and they're fast with the food. Five stars. 😇 the tacos are great 😊

This is a fantastic Taco Bell not only is their service super Duper fast but it’s served with a smile. I would highly recommend this Taco Bell to anyone that is hungry for late night food.

We went through the drive-thru and had a 20-minute wait to order! We would have left if we could get out of line, but we were trapped between
two cars! The food tasted good but neither the taste nor the price justified the wait in line to order!!!

John and Tony are the BEST!! They go the extra mile along with the rest of the crew who go above and beyond consistently for their customers daily and I can't say enough good things about them to pay them the level of credit they deserve!! 💥🎆🤯

I travel pass Taco Bell’s to come to this one.They might be slow sometimes but that’s Caz the food is always pretty fresh the only problem I ever had was feeling a luh short on portions and that was one time they were super busy and they was very apologetic and immediately wanted to fix the problem this place has to have great management

This Taco Bell location is my favorite go to for lunch, dinner or snacks. They have quick quick & 9/10 they get the food order correct. The staff have always been kind even when they've been super busy.

This location is our favorite for some Taco Tuesday action. They are very consistent in nailing bigger orders with various changes to the menu items. Great crew!

The line was long because they don't offer indoor dining right now. I pulled up their website and ordered online. When I got to the speaker I told them I ordered online and when I got to the window my order was ready and paid for. I got the beefy 5 layer burrito and it was good. The line moved at a reasonable pace. I recommend this restaurant.

Want to shout out a young man named Antonio. On Sunday afternoon, I ordered my meal in drive thru. There were several vehicles in front of me, but during the entire process from ordering to paying to receiving my meal, Antonio greeted me with “yes sir, please, and thank you”. Clearly a busy time of day, but yet Antonio did not seem to mind nor did it change his mood toward customers. More times than not, when ordering at fast food restaurants, during a busy rush, customers are treated with less than satisfactory service. But not this day. Also, my food looked and tasted as if it were made for a commercial lol. Well done all the way around at this location. Please give Antonio and the staff a pat on the back and some recognition. Very impressive!

The young lady that handled our order was wonderful. Very sweet and apologetic for the wait time. This location has a line forever most days but everything has always been right and fresh. Be nice to the staff they are working hard!

Food was well made, meaning cheese all across, sour cream throughout. Ingredients were not lopsided.. No mistakes when we changed some items to chicken instead of beef. Would definitely return to this specific location.

It's Taco Bell I couldn't get the register to open give me change so she kind of like was doing everything she could get register open but somehow wasn't working. And I said just throw me a bunch of extra hot sauce and she said alrighty then and took a whole handful when it was only 50 cents they owe me I told her to keep it I was really nice people really really take care of us they really good customer service quality I don't mind ever coming there even if there was a bad day involved I don't care who's awesome they're really good people
