I love McDonald's! I always trust that their food is always going to taste the same. However, the customer service by Maya off of Highway K around 11pm 04-27-24 was outstanding! Her bubbly, and energetic attitude was above and beyond! She was so polite as if she worked at Chick-fil-A!

I like how this mcdonalds still has a playplace and i love the breakfast burritos

I was Door Dashing and I had a tremendous amount of orders that were handled efficiently and with the highest degree of quality by Abi, Mari, Jonathon, and the manager on duty Ray!! I was quite impressed with the expert customer service, order accuracy, and their ability to work so well as collective unit!! Great team work and such positive attitudes!! I can't say enough good things about the overall experience through the entire evening 😁👍💥

I’m updating my review for this location since they have up the staff and change management staff as well. It runs very well and is now 24 x 7 with very friendly staff in the night which makes late night McDonald’s awesome. The 24 hour drive-through is a great addition as well as the new type of adult. Happy meals. Be prepared for sticker shock since McDonald’s has now gone up in price, but the food quality is just as good. All in all, I would suggest this McDonald’s over many other 24 hour locations.

Had lunch here twice in the past two weeks. Ordered on the app, then picked up at the counter. Everything was just right! I will be back

Seriously the best McDonalds with amazing customer service. I love these people and there is a play place.

I got the double bacon Quarter Pounder large combo with a Coke and six chocolate chip cookies three of which are only $1. I am honestly extremely satisfied with this particular location especially on the note of giving me freshly baked chocolate chip cookies because other McDonald's both in this area and St Louis alike anytime you ask them for a single order of three, majority of times you get the cookies that have been left out all day and are either crunchy as can be or almost impossible to eat all together... Not to mention; I also got a kick out of the "take your sweet time" quote(on the frozen treats section of drive-thru menu) & coincidently matched the long line I was in for dinner rush Sunday night.

this mcdonald’s was super sweet to my friends and i when we went last night. we didn’t know what to order and it took a little long for us to order our food. when we left the drive through i looked in our bag and they gave us an extra happy meal and it made my night!

Im not sure of the employees names but the young man in the back cash register was exceptional with his service skills and ive had a lot of bad experiences with the McDonald's around here but this one by far has the best customer service and the manager seemed extremely respectful and like a very supportive manager. There was a short wait after i ordered but food was great...this kitchen definitely puts love into their food

One of the fastest, most customer friendly, and efficient drive thru's of any McDonald's in the O'Fallon and St peters area. They have never messed up my order like all the others have.

I would highly recommend this place. Great food, fast service, and very friendly employees.

Seems all fast food places are hurting for help right now. And sorry to say, not so fast anymore. There's so many unfriendly.
We went into this McDonald's Tuesday.
Place was empty, so service was fast.
Tables were clean.
Employees were so friendly! That's what really means alot. Food was fresh & good.

Not a fan of McDonald's but my kid loves the playroom so 5 stars.

Tried dining in at 3pm today. Doors locked . Employee party going on inside. Went to long drive thru. Sat 20 mins before placing order. Asked if dining room was open & they said it is now. Got out of drive thru line to dine indoors. Stood at counter for 8 mins before placing order, and waited 15 minutes for our food which was only 2 orders of fries. Poor service.

my sister and I always go here. 99% of the time our order is perfect and we get through quick with hot food and full drinks. their sweet tea is amazing, too.

Always very polite & Smiley. If I were to "complain" about anything, I'd say the fries are usually not as done as they should be. But, we just bring them home & toss them in the air fryer for a couple minutes & they're perfect.

You already know the Golden arches are a forecast of things to come to St. Louis, MO. US. Just give me time to accomplish my visions I'm having !❤

I am Mc Donald’s lover so I I’ve eat there !! I request every time Big Mac or cheese burger with Vic Mac sauce!! It’s the best

Best experience ever with a restaurant cashier that was totally customer oriented. She suggested a drink holder for our drinks. Immediately got drink containers. Pointed fountain direction. Suggested straws and expedited order and personally gave me the food.
Plus the food was perfect.
