Easy to get to, just off 670 near the airport. Open until 8pm. Super friendly staff for my visit, had a blast while we tried to get my tape to work when securing my package.

Love this location! The parking is great, the hours are amazing, and the staff is the best. I have driven past other post offices just to get to this one.

What I like for this particular united state post office, they always close late, therefore if you are looking for late postal service ( dropping mails, passport or other service) just stop by and they serve you, however inside very small, when you see more than ten vicheles just wait ✋ in your car a little bit before some of the cars leave the park, then go inside and waiting time will be from five to fifteen minutes, however if you have a passport appointment be there at least ten minutes earlier. In general they are good people particularly there's a lady on far window she deserves five 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 . I have been there tens of times and met her couple of times she's real postal officer and very kind and helpful

The people working here are always so kind and helpful! This technically isn't our zip code's post office but this is the one is close and I always go to since the workers are so great. My fiance and I had a great experience earlier today getting our passports for our honeymoon and the woman we worked with was helpful and cheerful as always, she even told me about a form I could fill out after we are married to change my name on my passport for free!

The staff here is amazing and just wonderful. Knowing how much they have to do on a daily basis and all the different personalities they have to deal with, it is truly incredible how they can remain so helpful and sane! ;) I know Ty is relocating from the front retail office, and I am quite sad about it, because she was truly an awesome person to work with. She will be greatly missed with us regular customers!

The most satisfying experience of USPS at this location, especially after the most frustrating ones at other locations in Columbus. The staff member was welcoming, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience easy to handle. The size of the place is comparatively smaller than other locations, but still a great service.

I had a one time bulk mailing that had to be shipped first class and required each package be individually weighed. Ty and Kanyeka at the Citygate branch were extremely helpful, courteous and patient with the large undertaking and have solidified this location as my future post office of choice. Much appreciated!

I have been visiting this Post Office quite frequently these days owing to their extended service hours, and most importantly their exceptional Customer Service. The team is always patient in serving customers. Today, I was surprised and appreciative of the way in which the team here was all out trying to help customers mail out their Income Tax Returns. They even had a window opened on the curbside and some Clerks running out in the parking lot, making sure no one had to wait! Exemplary !!!!!

I have received excellent service on a regular basis. I am a semi frequent customer and travel pass 2 other locations because of the courtesy and service I receive at this location.

I have read some of the negative comments. I'll share one example. I have seen the patience expressed with customers unprepared. There was someone mailing multiple items internationally. The forms were filled out incorrectly. They had the sender listed as recipient and vice versa. The clerk explained and was keying in information in the system. The address was incomplete and she had to show clerk on phone. He went through this with about 4 packages. Not one package was correct. During this time the line is continuing to grow but he was in middle of the order. Then she goes to a bag on the floor that had at least 8 or more packages. He explained to her that it was not fair to have the other customers wait for him to redo all her packages. The process took over 20 minutes with this one customer.
She showed no regard how she was affecting others. There were some people that left. Yes he got frustrated and so were several customers in the line. The other clerk was checking out someone with a large amount of packages but they were filled out correctly and he was working at a good pace.

Overall, I have seen exceptional service. I also love the hours.

The counter staff here (Ty was one) is so much more helpful and knowledgeable than any of the locations downtown. Most of the bad reviews are related to systemic issues with staffing and funding. This staff does the best job they can with what they have.

Immediately I arrived the postal women offered me the tape to seal my box to be sent and gave me the address label. I did not have to ask for nothing. She immediately offered me the service I was needing. After paying my service she wished me to have a "blessed day" and asked me if I should need anything else.👌😍

This is the only Post Office location I go to in my area now. They are very friendly and willing to help. However, I would strongly recommend that if you sell ONLINE do not, and I repeat do not use the after hours drop box located inside.

If you use the after hours drop box located in the building your package(s) will not be scanned or picked up for days. If they are closed it's best that you either return when they are opened or take your package to another post office location that is open. I've used the after hours drop box located inside this location on 4 separate occasions and my tracking info did not update for at least 3 business days and when they did update, they showed that the package(s) were just dropped off.

The staff make this my post office of choice. They are knowledgeable work with efficiency and provide outstanding person service. This is out of the way but whenever I come here I feel like the staff remember me when they ask how are you doing.

My favorite post office to go into. They are aalways so pleasant. They make me laugh at least one time every time I go. Plus I ship for business and my customers are always so shocked on how quickly they get their order.

I had an excellent experience. I went for my passport here. The gentleman was patient, gave me an updated form when I had the wrong one, went over everything completely even to the timeline for when it should arrive. I didn't even know this location, right around from my home had public access to it. I would frequent this location again.

Perhaps instead of complaining about the poor service from your mail man you should ask him what the post masters phone number is and speak with him directly that would be your mail carrier supervisor. As far as the city gate drive location that is a sorting and distribution facility there is a retail store as well as mail drop off boxes that are located on the west side of city gate drive, where you can place your Mail to be sorted in a timely manner.

I always have a pleasant experience at this location when dropping off bulk mail for my business. Tyra and miss Banks are rockstars and when I go in and see them it makes my day that much better. Thank you ladies!
