Went for dinner with my boyfriend we were in and out in 30 minutes. The food was amazing everything came out fast and has so much flavor. They made sure we never ran low on drinks. 10/10 definitely recommend.

Just ate at the redone resturant and I can say that the food and service were wonderful. This is a place that the price is great and the food even greater. our waiter ""FELIPE was very respectfuf and he was on the ball with fast and great service. My family felt very full with the amount of food and the teast. Great service,price and taste. I live in Mississippi and EVERY time I go to Hammond La. I will always stop there and eat a great meal. It is a must. eat there and you will be very happy if you love mexican food

Very attentive staff! The moment my drink or the chips and salsa got low, we immediately got refills! Fresh hot chips and not too spicy salsa, food was great and came out quick. Good prices too!

Great place for lunch. Pleasant and less quiet atmosphere than "fast" food restaurants. Nice service. Good is tasty and comes out quickly and hot.

Was spectacle because thought it was going to be bad but I was so wrong. The food was so damn good the queso was real cheese not fake plastic like lacaretta's I got the trio fajitas with had so much meat on the plate steak was so tender perfectly seasoned no complaints at all. My boyfriend had the chimachqnga and burrito supreme and he enjoyed it as well. We ordered off the lunch menu and got enough to take home for dinner prices are unbeatable for the quality and quantity you get. I will never order from anywhere else again. Chips and salsa was great just wish it was a little more chunky but still delicious and definitely worth every penny but we got that with the large queso and our ticket was I think 27 dollars with 2 drinks also.

Probably one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a while. My wife and I are a bit baby faced so our waiters usually don’t pay much attention to as as they think we won’t tip good (we do) our server, however, was top of the line and very attentive. The food came out quick and was piping hot. Not to mention the taste was phenomenal. 10/10 would recommend.

Super good food $9 burritos for lunch specials. The dip for the chips needs some working on. Tacos and beer has better sauce.

I conduct inspections for insurance companies. I have to look at the business and write a detailed report about what I see at the location. I had an inspection for Aguacates. I often tell my friends if I do not want to eat at a specific restaurant it is probably because I have gone through their kitchen and it was dirty and not up to standards.
That was not the case with Aguacates. The building and area around building was in great shape. The interior of the restaurant was very pleasing and well kept.
I met with the owner. She was very helpful and gave me a tour of the restaurant. In the kitchen I found the equipment in very good condition and clean. Floors were not greasy.
I told the owner I think I have found my new Mexican restaurant for my wife and I. A few days later we decided to try it. We were greeted at the door by the hostess. Our waiter got our drink order. My beer was very cold. I enjoyed the chips and salsa. It is mild with a little kick.
My wife ordered the Chicken fajitas. I ordered the Chicken Fiesta.
Our food arrived and looked delicious. My chicken, onions, peppers were tender and could cut with a fork. My wife's fajitas were great.
Definitely will be going back again.

Me and my friend went here on a whim (lol) and had the best time EVER! The service was astonishing, food was hot and piping while coming out, and came out extremely fast!! Food was as good as winning my first game in Fortnite. Manager was super friendly and so was the rest of the staff. The place was very clean, but very quiet (music could be louder). Overall 5/5 WILL be coming back . This place is an absolute must try!

Very fast service didn't have to wait at all for refills on drinks or chips and salsa and food was out before I could even finish my chips and I got the Hawaiian quesadilla and it was AMAZING and loaded up I will be back

The food is what you would expect, but also better in some aspects that you'll find dish to dish. The staff is friendly. Environment is bright with new paint job. And they removes some high walls to give it a more open look.
