Exceptional customer service!!! 2 different guys waited on us. They were both professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.

The guy who helped us with parts for my Scion was great! Knew what he was talking about, didn't suggest the most expensive parts, but told me what would work best for what I needed.

When I took the parts to my mechanic, he said they were perfect.

I really appreciated the candid suggestions because when I got work plugs 2 years ago (NOT from O'Reilly's), they sold me ones that didn't match the original and my car died on vacation 2 weeks later.

I ordered incorrect rotors from my local store, totally my fault- I didn't verify the correct diameter before purchasing- but was able to exchange them hassle free at this location!

I have been going to O'Reilly Auto Parts a lot more than my usual place. In fact I think O'Reilly's will become my place of choice. To me and (I mean to me) the items I have purchased there seems to be of a better quality. The employees take time to discuss the pros and cons of your problem and certain issues you might be facing. Your wait time is minimal and waiting is kinda educational for me because I pick up valuable information listening to them explaining to others. I just love the overall setup, it seems more professional and business like.

Customer service is good. I was recommended a good but affordable pair of windshield wipers. Guys came out in the cold night to install my windshield wiper blades too. Be kind and tip service workers 👍🏽.

Haven't done any auto stuff in 20 years, and was totally flummoxed about having to put in a new taillight. Brendan showed me how to do it, and did it for me. He was very helpful and cheerful, reassuring me. So appreciated his help!

Great customer service. I stopped in to get some windshield fluid and some wipers. I could have put the wipers on myself but was offered a free install at checkout.

Always have been very helpful and friendly, and professional. If they don't have what you need they will try their best to get it for you . most of the time if not in Stock u can get it the same day. Depending on the time of the day. If not the same day than the next day.

Needed truck part to get on the road again, stopped at O'Reilly's got the parts I wanted at a good price and I was on my way.

Everytime I go to o Riley auto parts, there's this one parts clerk I try to get to wait on me and her name is China because everytime I always get the right part the first time. This clerk is very polite. And if you need something off one of the shelve's she will go out of her way to help.

A lady named Chyna is the best service that you have at the store she knows everything and what you need if not she will find it
