Stopped in last Wednesday and Noel did a wonderful job at helping me with a diagnostic. If anybody goes in let Noel help you because he has EXCELLENT customer service. The manager in the store whom was a lady wasn’t no help at all I was very disappointed that she couldn’t help me with the issue I had with my vehicle. Thank you again Noel :)

Found out that they no longer carry the purple engine oil with the zinc additive but, it is still on the website

If you come in ask for Ms Mary. She’s the best. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I don’t know much about cars. She was the help I needed.

They have an employee by the named of Mary who is the best. She always takes care of her customers. We are always tickled when we go in an she's there because we feel confident we will be taken care of. Ty.

After finding out the hard way we had a bad battery we had to act fast so we stopped at auto zone. Mrs Mary came out and tested. Lynn H came out removed and replaced the battery. Lynn (Skinny) he said friends call him was so friendly knowledgeable and efficient. Treated us like a friend. Also Mary noticed the very small print on my husbands liscence that showed he was a veteran and she gave him a discount. Lucky to have stopped here. We were back on the road in no time. Auto Zone has 2 great people that work for them!

The service here was awesome. I purchased windshield wipers and one of the young men came out and put them on for me. The most awesome thing he done was not except my top. He said that's my job ma'am. That's what I get paid to do. Then he opened my car door for me. I have mad respect for this location. A+ from me.

This place was very helpful! They kept me from spending unnecessary money and pointed me in a cheaper direction. They could have easily taken my money but instead offered a better solution. Goes to show you it’s still some decent people out there!

Today I was helped by two great people at Autozone. Ms. Mary and the Commercial Sales Rep Chris. They were a life saver and did all they could to help me in my time of need. Thank you so much and I will definitely recommend this location.

Assistant manager Chris is amazing even put my headlight in for me and he didn't make me feel like I was an idiot for not knowing about cars

I would like give Chris a 5 Star for GREAT customer service. He was patient, very friendly and very helpful. That is what customer service should be. He took the time to answer all our questions with a smile. He was so helpful. I went to other auto store and I have to say I liked going to Auto Zone with Chris on Dixie Hwy. I will be going to his store first next time. THANKS CHRIS!!!

The assistant store manager Chris, greets me at the door the experience was overwhelmingly amazing went out of his way to make sure I got my headlight and changed it for me and I asked about the battery cables and then he gave me information about how to keep it from corroding I recommend this AutoZone to anyone fast friendly and super knowledgeable.

Very helpful. Right after a storm still took time to get the right wipers for my car and put them on while it was still raining a little!!!

Loved the staff there....quick, extremely courteous, all reps are knowledgeable before going to the computer which shows me the employees at this location not only love their job, but that they take pride in their product!

Typical Auto Zone, got what I needed , in/out. Wasn't crowded, it's clean and usually busy.
