I was not in a good mood when I walked into the store in Chesterfield, MI. My phone was in its death throes. My transition to a new Samsung S24 Ultra was smooth and affordable thanks to Sienna (and a little bit Tyler). She did all the hard work to get me $200 off my very old phone, too!

I got myself into an emergency Mac book situation and desperately needed to transfer my old data to a new Mac. The two guys that helped me out in geeksquad were amazing! They were very knowledgeable and understanding in such a time crunched situation.

Got a new printer ,great assistance with selecting,and prompt assistance too.

Geek Squad is amazing. I spoke with some that come to your home and do installation, and they answered all of my questions! Even some that I didn't know to ask! I cant say it enough Geek Squad is amazing!!

My wife an I stopped in to buy 2 fire sticks 4k max , we are both over 70 , Kyle Aupperle came over asked if we needed, we sure did . He explained the difference between them , he was very helpful and friendly. We got them. Then he helped my wife with a iPhone storage problem (full) then he explained the difference in smart tv , if we decide to get we will come to see Kyle ,

Went to buy a Samsung TV, and I wish I could remember the gentlemans name, but he was an LG specialist. He talked me into getting a bigger, better LG TV and then found an even better tv that they had a special deal on. The excitement on his face finding this TV for me at that price. He was as excited as I was! It is one of the best electronic purchases I've made, and this is coming from someone who was brand loyal to samsung on TVs.

Really like this best buy, large, plenty of space to park. Avoid 23 mile, horrible road, Chesterfield should be embarrased. They should have planned a head and put in median like Gratiot. Not Best Buys fault just going from the Gratiot side. The turning right onto 23 to get to the highway is not bad .

They price matched Costco with no headaches. Our salesman was super nice and helpful. He saved us money and time and we will be back for more appliances for our new home.

At the home theater, Luke(LG expert) and Frank(Samsung expert) went extra mileS and beyond to take great care of me. They are perfect role model as a best associates. Very friendly, very knowledgeable and most important very caring to their customer. If you need help about electronics, please look no further. My sister's shopped for a gift for two of our nephews for their grad gifts. We were not in the door 20 seconds before we were greeted, walked directly to the section we needed to be... The young man showed us different options, was on his phone trying to determine if we could get an item by The Weekend and when we couldn't was quick to give us multiple options. He was definitely knowledgeable, respectful and just a very pleasant person to work with. I'm sorry we didn't get his name ...

Want to personally thank Maxine again. Came in with a phone issue that not even Verizon could fix. On multiple occasions she could have said it's Verizons issue and wash her hands of it but didn't. She went above and beyond to help me and got it fixed. Thanks again to you and your team.

Went looking for a PS4 but they were out of stock so we decided to go with the 5. The young man Henry was very helpful and answered all of our questions. Got a new TV and sound bar as well and he informed us that since we had the geek squad plan that they will come and install the TV for free which is wonderful! Great job all the way around.

Employees were very friendly and helpful even on black Friday.

Good place.. went in for a projector and Bluetooth speaker. Was able to get a brand new open box Bluetooth speaker at half price.. but had to order the projector because they don't stock those in-store.

Although I do most of my shopping online, sometimes you just need to see and handle an item before making a purchase decision.

The staff of the store is very knowledgeable, and can help you decide what products best fit your needs. Everyone working at this location is always very helpful.

Online shopping is a poor substitute for good, knowledgeable, friendly customer service.

I've been here numerous times and have always received great service. They have made extra effort to correct any miscommunications . Price match, discounts, and pretty quick check out. No big warranty pushes but they offer it.

Great staff, helpful and friendly. My Go to for electronics.
