Came on a Monday they are short stuff and still help me with my furniture:) David is amazing he is really good at helping others and is very patient and understanding. Chad he is very friendly and welcoming feel like at home here for sure will be coming back to buy more furniture Huge companies need to understand that is not the store or brand is the team and how welcoming and kind are to the people value city is doing a great job with the people they hire Chad and David desire a raise for doing an amazing job

Lon was great to work with! (So was Chad) Very knowledgeable in what he knew and knew how to find the answer if he didn’t. He was available but not aggressive as a salesperson, which I appreciate, and gave us room to look freely. They store itself is very well organized with a lot of options for pretty much any furniture style. We are very happy with our sectional sofa purchase and plan to be back for future purchases as well

I was amazed by the beautiful furniture the store has. There was no hard sell. My husband and I could walk around calmly and peacefully. Everyone was very friendly and kind. Special thanks to Brigitte who patiently listened to us, tried to understand our needs and answered our million questions. We are happy we finally found our perfect sofa.

Had a wonderful salesman Jason Vittone he was very informational and had a lot of patience as I really did not know what I was looking for. My delivery was on time the two gentlemen that delivered my furniture were kind courteous and respectful of my home. I would definitely recommend value City furniture and of course ask for Jason

Great experience with Lon king, let me look without being over my shoulder. This is a huge win as typical in past i had to shoo people away. I like my peace and quiet as I look. But when ready he was very quick and efficient in taking my order and answering questions. Will definitely recommend also was able to book delivery only a few days later

Mr. King was extremely patient during my visit today. Additionally, he was very knowledgeable. He answered questions, followed us around and went out of his way to bring an accent chair close to a sofa I was considering to purchase. He is definitely an asset to the Value City staff. My mom was very pleased with the quality of the furniture and the stellar customer service provided by Mr. King.

Omg, I went Value City today to buy a chest for my granddaughter. Kellie, was my sale's person and boy she was so sweet, kind and patient. I was walking through the store changing mine every second and Kellie was so patient, if you are someone like me, I suggest you find Kellie and let her help you. Scott the sales man was great and took very good care of me. Just because the way he handled us with everything detailed I will be back again and invite my friends to come see him.

Kristopher at the Chesterfield store was very helpful, let me look without pressure or hovering, and yet answered all of my questions. I would recommend him and this store, good prices and a great selection. I can't wait to get my new recliner home!

Dave and Scott were wonderful to work with in helping us buy our dining room set. They were very diligent in making sure we knew all of our options, providing us with as much information as possible to help us make the best choice for us and our home, and making us feel comfortable with our purchase. We never felt persuaded or pressured to make a decision or lean one way. An overall great experience!

Bridget McGarry was more than helpful! She gave great advice and guided us in the right direction! Alley was also very helpful! First time in, and we will definitely be back, although we wish there were some more delivery’s than once a month to Harsen’s Island. Thank you Bridget for all you did.

Scott Laufman was great to work with. A breath of fresh air, let us look on our own and then was very helpful with all of the different options with delivery and protection plans that were offered. Will be going back to work with him on my next furniture adventure!
