I came in to get a new phone and get data transferred. It might have been because they were slow, but the attention of the staff and their urgency to help us knowing I was on a time crunch was so very much appreciated.

Malik was an amazing help, I would give him 10/5 stars if I could. I will be coming back to this store next time I upgrade!

Came into the store for an upgrade. I was assisted by Allie, who listened to my questions and helped me understand how the upgrade works. She was very knowledgeable about everything that I asked and spoke to me as a person. I came away from the store with a brand new phone, and after speaking with Allie, I understood everything that is involved with the transaction. Thank you for your excellent customer service, and know that you helped an old man understand the new fangled phone. Keep up the great work, and I hope that if I have to go back into the store, I will ask for Allie.

I received help from mobile expert Malik today and he was very honest in helping me decide between a Galaxy S23 and a iPhone 15. He told me the pros and cons of each and I trusted his judgment because he has both and doesn't favor one over the other. He took his time to explain how he would need to help me create a new apple ID if I purchase an iPhone for the first time.

Malik has been nothing short of exceptional..If you want to get the best customer service experience, I would highly recommend you ask for Malik..he without any doubt will provide an A+ service..He's great at what he does n I honestly think he's a huge asset to T-Mobile..Thank you again, Malik.

Went into TMobile at Easton
to check on plan and get some assistance with the screen and camera protectors and Darius greeted me and helped me with everything. He was so kind and helpful. I would highly recommend and applaud Darius. He went genuinely above and beyond!!!! Thank you!!!!! 😊

I decided to go into the T-mobile store last min to get an upgrade and I am glad I did. Even with a line I was there less than 1.5 hrs. Maliya was a pleasure to work with. She helped me decide on the right IPhone, helped me transfer all my data in a timely manner and answered all the question I had to my new plan. She really is great at her job and also was a pleasure to speck with. If you ever go to this location ask for her.

I came in a week ago to transfer my info from my old phone to my new phone and Kaleb tried and tried to get all my stuff transfered but wasnt able to so i did not receive all of my apps, photos, messages and more. I came in today for something completely unrelated and worked with Malik. I told him all my stuff didnt transfer last time and that the old phone is already erased and gone. He told me he might know a way to get all of my stuff back so he took my phone for a few minutes and did something and now everything is downloading. I got all my apps, photos, wallpaper, ringtones and settings including passwords to all my apps and he did all this without the old phone being present. Go see Malik.

T-mobile Easton will now be the only T-mobile location I go to in Central Ohio. I began my day at the T-mobile in Grandview where I observed an employee cursing out a customer. I was appalled at her behavior and lack of customer care. I proceeded to grab my things and leave. I drove straight to the Easton T-mobile, where I met Malik. I am so thankful for his patient, his understanding, his assistance, his kindness, and his desire to truly help me. Malik was empathetic of my issue and then proceeded to work to solve the multiple problems I was experiencing. He was not going to give up until I was satisfied and he did this all with a smile and a kind voice. Not only will T-mobile Easton be my go to for phone issues, but more specifically Malik will be. I can not thank Malik enough for treating me the exact opposite of how I would have been treated at T-mobile in Grandview. Malik saved my day today and I am so incredibly grateful!

I had a problem with my account that wound up taking a lot of time and effort for the T-Mobile employee at the store to resolve (her name is Allie.) Allie stayed sweet and patient and apologetic the whole time, which helped me deal with my stress levels. If I ever have another issue, I hope I get someone as awesome as her to help me fix it!

I had a wonderful experience with the gentleman Malik. He was so kind, very patient, and helped me activate my phone in less than 5 minutes. I hate that T-Mobile took over Sprint because my phone has been acting up ever since, and customer care lies to customers. Malik needs a promotion everytime I come in here he is always finding a solution and going above and beyond.

I had the best experience at this T-Mobile thanks to the young man Malik. I switched from Spectrum with my son, and Malik explained the promotions in great detail. He also showed me how to claim the free Netflix and Apple Tv+ as well. It was amazing watching him multitasking I watched him put on a screen protector while on the phone with customer care while checking on promos and answering 2 of his coworkers' questions all at the same time. I admit the wait time was long, but during the sale, Malik was presented by a coworker at least 5 times with questions. I like his leadership style he needs a raise and his own store. Best customer service I have ever experienced from any place ever. I was not pressured into selling anything at all. The staff made me feel welcomed like I was at home.

Sarah is amazing. Great personality, very patient and takes the time to thoroughly ensure your satisfaction.
The other employees are great too, but she is my go-to person to deal with since day 1.

Julian and Malik are both life savers, my S20 had a bad charging port and they were able to upgrade me and move EVERYTHING from my old phone to my new one all of my photos and memories and voice-mail of my deceased family member. 5 stars gentleman.

Husain was so helpful getting two lines switched over from Verizon. He spent about an hour on hold with Verizon when one of the devices we were trying to carry over wasn't porting correctly but he never showed any frustration and kept us in the loop the whole time. We walked away with the best solution and are grateful he was patient with us getting our old and new lines worked out.

I give my representative Malik a ten I was extremely satisfied not only did he explain to me about the phone, but he explained to me about my account billing issues and, how we could make everything work out with my situation it was greatly appreciated and I will always come to that location because you have great team with great customer service thank you I came in sad needing a phone and left out satisfied money still in my pocket with a 14 I really appreciate the service from Malik/T-mobile that day. Will always be back to that location and I live out west 💕💪🏽🤞🏽

Malik helped me move everything from my iPhone 11 to my 14 pro max. He explained how the 14 series are eSIM only and told me how i can have multiple numbers on a single phone. very smart young man he deserves a raise.
