The Engine Room

I've had the pleasure of planning for few weddings at The Engine Room and this is one of my favorite venues in Georgia!

Working with this venue is always super easy. The bridal suite and the grooms quarters are top tier! The aesthetic is simply charming and unique. The Engine Room has a lot of charm, but it's enough of a blank slate to be adjusted to your vision.

The staff is beyond accommodating. They have a wonderful catering prep area, and the restrooms are nice and spacious.

As a wedding planner, I would absolutely recommend any couple that wants a beautiful wedding venue to consider The Engine Room!

We loved capturing a wedding at this venue! Great getting ready spaces for the bride and groom, as well as a lovely natural lit ceremony/reception space. We would absolutely love to work here again, great venue!

Once decorated the venue is stunning. The groom's suite was bigger than the bridal but it still worked great. Parking was very convenient. It easily held 200 guests. It has great spots for pictures and a large kitchen. If you are into the rustic vibe it's perfect.

We got married here and it was the perfect venue! The main reason we went with it is because they allow you to use outside vendors of your choice AND they don’t charge extra to bring as many guest per the capacity (400 or so) although we had 275. The team here was great on the wedding day and the place makes for great photos. Check ‘em out below!

I can not say enough good things about The Engine Room. It was the perfect venue for our wedding and reception! It is such a beautiful and unique space and exactly what we wanted. The inside and court yard space have so much character to them, that you hardly need any decor. The groom and bridal suites are also so spacious and have useful and fun things for the bridal party to use. Our bridal party felt very comfortable and relaxed in the suites during the day. Michelle was also absolutely wonderful to work with and was very patient with our requests and changes throughout the process. She was super helpful in making the right decisions to make the day run so smooth. I would recommend this space to anyone looking for a modern/rustic wedding space.

1st tour. Only tour. Perfect pick! Everything went smoothly. Very communicative management. Staff was very helpful and nice. Easy for my caterer. And the groom’s suite said it all. Thank you!

I had my wedding here and it was hands down the most amazing venue. My husband and I only had this place written down on our places to visit and the minute we walked in the door we fell in love. The bridal/grooms suite are amazing to get ready in. The main floor with it's gorgeous exposed brick walls and original flooring are beautiful for pictures. Michelle did an amazing job at always answering any questions I had throughout the 9 month planning process. I liked that they offered a selection of vendors but also allowed you to have your own. I highly recommend The Engine Room to any ladies looking for a gorgeous industrial backdrop for your wedding. I will add more pictures of the space once I get them back from my photographer!

This venue was an excellent place to have a wedding. Enjoyed it immensely.

My wife and I got married here and it did not disappoint. Great staff, accommodating and helpful. Beautiful venue, air conditioned, which made the June day feel like spring. The grooms suite is a nice touch as well. Great dance floor area, decorations weren't over the top, the building itself is a great place to be. Our guests didn't want to leave and neither did we!

The Engine Room was the perfect venue for our reception! It is such a beautiful and unique space! All of our guests absolutely loved the venue, as did our vendors who complimented it repeatedly! Michelle was wonderful to work with and helped us develop a layout that included a stage through The Engine Room for our band and perfect lighting. All of her suggestions were so helpful in making decisions. My now-husband and all of the groomsmen loved getting to hang out in the groom's suite, and my hairstylists appreciated the lighting and mirror space in the bridal suite. Michelle was very flexible in helping us meet our needs for the venue based on the timeline, and everything was exactly as discussed. We were so impressed by the space and everyone we worked with, and absolutely love our photos with The Engine Room as the backdrop. It was perfect for us!

The Engine Room was the perfect venue for our wedding! I knew the second I walked through the venue that I wanted to book. Working with Charity and Michelle was an incredible experience. As we approached the wedding date, Michelle was very helpful and listened to all of my requests. Our guests still can't get over how great the venue was!

Attention to detail of the event (wedding) I attended was excellent. Options for indoor and outdoor spaces is good. Plenty of room for a fairly large wedding. Plenty of parking and easy to get to.

Great place is awesome for a wedding or any other special event. Very cool setting. A lot of the old steel items left when it was a cotton Mill are still there. The whole Mill is huge. Downtown Monroe has changed and if you haven't been or never been you should go visit at least once.

Was here for food truck Friday. Parking can be challenging to find but there is ample street and local park parking a short walking distance. They had a very good band playing all night, kid bouncy houses and access to adult beverages along with a good mix of different style food trucks. I'd recommend getting here earlier rather than later, as the lines for the more popular trucks can be quite long. Unfortunately, since this was a large outdoor event the actual stores and facilities we're not available at that time. However, I've heard nothing but good things.

Such a beautiful place for a wedding! Just finished a clients wedding there and it was so amazing! Michelle was so easy to work with and always answered my questions! Loved how big and open it was! Can’t wait to have another one there 💗

I am so glad that we chose to have our wedding here! The staff was wonderful - especially Kim Mckinney! She was our floral decorator and our contact at the Engine Room and truly made our dreams come to life! The second we met her, we knew we needed to have her on our team! She made wedding planning so much fun!

Our wedding was amazing! The venue space was beautifully decorated and working with Daffodils Design Studio was wonderful! We were rushing to put together a wedding in just a few months and Ms. Kim McKinny handled everything! The space is absolutely gorgeous with exposed brick and floor to ceiling windows and has the most amazing light in the evenings! Our wedding was September 5th and everyone had a BLAST!!

After just our first visit with Kim, we had a clear understanding of exactly what we needed to do and the time frame we had for each task! She has years and years of experience and was able to guide us to the right vendors for our wedding. Kim was able to take the vision we had for our wedding and make everything happen! I made a last minute switch to our entire flower scheme and she was able to accommodate with ease and made our ceremony flowers and reception space look really great!! We are so thankful we found Daffodils and The Engine Room and would highly recommend them!!!

We absolutely loved the Engine Room for our wedding. From beginning to end Michelle was wonderful to work with and our 300 guests thought it was beautiful! Would highly recommend it to anyone!
