Ordered in the app for pickup and it was ready when I walked in the door. I wish I got her name, sorry I didn't, but she greeted me with a good morning when I picked up my food and wished me a good day... It was nice, she could've just not said anything, like most, but it made it a better day for me! Thanks!

Thank you Ms Estela Cantillo for helping to correct a mistake with my take away order. My order was missing a sandwich when I got home, I couldn’t get back to pick it up that day so she made sure I got my sandwich when i passed by 5 days later. Tips for customers and delivery guys, Check your order before you leave the restaurant otherwise Keep your receipt and call the restaurant if you have a problem. The manager here is helpful.

Loved living up the street from here, came by just about everyday.
Without knowing it, they helped us in a time of need. We were becoming homeless with 3 children, had no lights, no internet. They let us charge our phones many times a day, refill of sodas for free, made it feel like family without even knowing what we were going through. The managers team here is AWESOME.

Nice place to bring kids and family while been shoping and kids enjoy and families good prices on hamberguers and other things

Today we went to the one in BBL Kissimmee, is sad that they have 6 people working there and the preparation of our sandwiches was more than 15 minutes inside the store.

I see a lot of 1 star reviews, but every time I've been to this place I've had no trouble with getting in and out very fast. Whether it's drive-thru or going in and ordering through the kiosk, it's usually quick and takes less than 5 minutes. The food is consistent and delivery orders are equally consistent.

This morning pick up some breakfast through curbside option. Service was prompt, food was fresh, napkins and utensils were in the bag! This was a easy and frictionless experience!

I have to say I hardly went to this McDonald's because the service and food was bad.
I have recently returned to this site and have to say they have greatly improved. The service has improved they are much more courteous and the service time is great. I was surprised I drove thru and received my order with a smile. I will continue to go to this newly improved McDonald's. My congratulations to the administration. GREAT job!!

Well I wen to the store with my kids and i had a issue with my order it wasn't right ishlyan took care of it right away with a great attitude and she personally brought the the order to my table she also make sure everything was right and fresh all I have to say is thank you ishlyan for your great service will be going back great jop

I live near the Mc Donald’s on 192 and I rather drive a little more to come here they always have great energy and fresh food and not to say the line of the drive true moves quickly!!! Thanks keep the good work

Placed an app order for drive-thru pickup. The whole process took less than five minutes from start to finish. It was great not having to wait in line during busy dinner hours.

Every time i go to this location Laura takes my order and is very fast with it takes her less than 5minutes to get it done and give it to me at other locations they take too long but she makes sure the service is fast and smooth. she’s the best!

Good customer service! I will absolutely come back... I was there just for a Sundae and I was treat really good, the guy who assisted me was so professional and know what a customer service means, I wish I can have his name to mention him, because is excellent...

I go there at least 3 or 4 times a week. My or is always quick and order is always right. The cashiers are always friendly and helpful especially the little guy with the milk mustache

The food here is certainly not healthy but it is very flavorful. The food is delivered in almost no time and the employees are very nice and hilarious. (Even though some jokes are typically inappropriate, but that's fine with me. It's just how I feel) .
