My 1st time every using ubrekifix was awesome. Sales rep was awesome(forgot his name😩). I watched him deal with other customers as they walked in both the day of drop and the day of pick up. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! He was polite, courteous, and cool to work with. He just looked at the phone and listened to what I said and already knew the problem. I was mind blown when the tech called me and told me the problem but he was already armed with a fix❤. He was also flipping polite and cool to talk too. My daughter is happy with her phone I’m happy with the service.

I recently had the pleasure of getting my laptop repaired in the Centerview kissimmee location by Memo and Luis, and I couldn't be happier with their service. Memo, the representative, was incredibly helpful from the start. He patiently listened to my concerns about the cracked screen and assured me they would take care of everything. His professionalism and friendly demeanor made the whole process stress-free.

Luis, the technician, did a fantastic job fixing my laptop. Not only did he replace the screen with a brand new one, but he also completed the repair in just five days. The laptop now looks and works as good as new! Luis's expertise and attention to detail are truly commendable.

Brought my iPad in yesterday with a 72hr repair window. Got a call this afternoon it would be ready by 7pm and I picked up with a great finish. I added a screen protector this time with the hope I won’t be coming back for a repair. Thanks guys for a speedy repair!

I am so thankful I took my computer here. Everyone was so kind and knowledgeable. Joshua took great care of me. He explained everything to me step by step which was great because I don’t know alot about computers. I conveyed to him how important my documents were to me and he made me feel very positive when he told me not to worry and he will do his best to help me. I was amazed at what he was able to do and save for me while keeping the service very affordable. Thank you again Joshua it was an amazing experience.

Great customer service, friendly. Definitely would recommend this place to fix all your electronics. Thankfully my watch didn't bee to be fixed, it had a screen protector on it and it just looked cracked. But I've had me phone screen replaced before and they're quick.

Brought my phone here with both screens cracked, they charged me for both screens of course but they ended up changing the whole frame of the phone, they put a new speaker on it too.. very clean, efficient and quick job...

Great service easy to understand. Screens fixed in the day if you give them a few hours. Memo was helpful and did really good with an escalation I saw.

UBreakifix was amazing! It was the first time I’ve ever used their services and Memo helped me through the process and answered all my questions. The same day we got the price for the fix and within a week my laptop was fixed. Luis who fixed the laptop did amazing my screen looks amazing as if nothing happened. I highly recommend coming here.

Amazing customer service and super fast, got there at 4PM and they got it ready at 6:30PM. Samsung flip4, the screen inside was in pieces and now looks new. Is worthy to have insurance or this people work in your phones.
