Every person out there has to have “their” car part store… this is mine. The staff are always helpful and go out of their way to make my experience a great one every time. Most often they have the parts I need; and on the odd occasion they don’t they get it as quickly as possible.

Went into Auto Zone today to check what the lights on in my dash meant. I was greeted by Destiny and also helped by Amanda and Chandalyn who helped me with products, information and went above and beyond to help a gal out! Rock On Girl Power! Awesome experience, had a light on went and J.J helped me immediately then explained everything to me as he was running the test and then reading it. Then he even helped me find the best priced oxygen sensor and information on installing it myself. Then directed me with information about inspection! Best customer service in a while, thanks so much!!

Went in needing a battery. The parts manager Shannon replaced my battery. He was professional and courteous. Unlike other managers that have been rude during past purchases.

Chris was amazing! He always helps me out! He is by far one of the greatest employees at this location! He always helps me carry my stuff to the car, and you can tell he definitely tries for all his customers! This man deserves a raise!

I had a recently purchased battery fail on me and Brian saved the day! The battery was purchased in NY and we didn’t have the receipt with us on our vacation to VA. Brian worked his magic and put a new battery in our hands as a warrantied replacement. Thanks so much! Great experience!

How do you find a quality mechanic when you're traveling / out of town? I've found a great way is to ask the people at local auto parts stores. I did that recently at the Elkton, VA Auto Zone and the guys working there were super helpful and friendly, and steered me to an excellent mechanic in Don Sauer's Garage nearby Thanks gentlemen.

There is woman @ Autozone here in Elkton who changed my battery in my Escape. She went above and beyond any service employee has shown on the associate level. Her knowledge and expertise got me back on the road where others might not have. I can't thank God enough she was there to help. Her name is Diamond. I would recommend anyone to try and find someone who actually came through the way she did. I can't Thank her enough.

I was able to get my headlight bulb replaced by the nice Lady that works here. She needs a raise for her hard work. 10 star review from me. They have nice adjustable wrenches too.

A friend had issues with a cylinder misfiring, so we decided to replace all 4 spark plugs on her Toyota in the parking lot. They were more than happy to not only let us use a few of their tools but even came outside on occasion to check on us and lend a hand. Very helpful and down to earth staff!

The staff at this Auto Zone is very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I will continue to come here for my car needs. Thank you!!

I seriously didn’t even know there was such a thing as the amazing customer service I got today! I am elderly and have no one to help me with my car and needed to replace the Mightylifts in the trunk of my van. Deb and Clay sold them to me and then went out on a very warm day and put them in for me! That was above and below the call of duty! Amazing young people! Thanks Auto Zone!

I’ve just had the most amazing customer service at this store. I had a minor accident, in the middle of a long journey and pulled in to find out why the ‘check engine’ light was on. They helped me determine I shouldn’t drive on and recommend somewhere I could spend the night. They also supplied the part that had been damaged so it could be fitted.
The staff here turned something that could have been a horrible and frightening experience into something that was no more than an inconvenience and a delay to my journey.

On Friday evening February 7, 2020 my truck that I had just purchased earlier that day broke down. We were able to make it to your parking lot .The two employees (Deborah and a young man) on duty between 7 and 9 pm were wonderful. They offered the restroom and chairs to wait in until we were able to get a ride home. Deborah even called when the store closed to let use would the tow truck had never showed up. I commend them both in there acts of kindness. Thank you

Lakota changed my batteries today in the middle of a thunderstorm. He was extremely well mannered and didn’t change his demeanor despite a thunderstorm coming through.

I told him to just go inside until the storm passed, and he insisted on getting the job done. Lakota is positive representation of what hard work and customer service is.

I generally have a better time here finding parts and knowledgeable staff than at the Advance nearby.

Had to go there twice this week
Got windshield whipers and a deal on wiper fluid. Found my hood support needed replaced went back and the guys replaced both for me. Great service.
