The guys that work there are great and got us set up with new phones, better plans, and a cheaper bill. We were in and out all under an hour, with no problems with our data transfers from the old phone. Will definitely use this store for all my Verizon needs.

Jim Campbell has excellent customer service skills answering every question and providing us details that led to the perfectly tailored service plan to fit our needs!!

Greatest location in VA. The guys there were absolute Rock stars 🌟 🤩 First store that doesn't lie or hurry you out the door. Shawn,James and Tim are the only representatives I will visit again. Worked together and made me feel like a valued customer and wanted to help,regardless of who got the "sale". Loved the willingness to help and team work. Cannot wait to visit them again!

The guys at the store know more then the call center. Neil was able to fix the issue they made at the call center. He was patient and knowledgeable. Don't waste time at other stores or on the phone. Go the the elkton center and let them help you.

Timothy assisted my daughter in purchasing a phone for me after mine broke. He was very knowledgeable in every area of the phones and set us up with the perfect match for me! He was very polite, mannered and had everything set up in less than 25 minutes! He also found some extra deals for me to provide a protective case and an extra charger! Excellent service!

James went above and beyond helping me get a new phone. The service was was friendly, honest and quick. He also linked my phone to my new car which I've been meaning to do. I never even asked! This location is very convenient being close to my work and it's nice to have a location on the East side of Rockingham County. If you don't want all the frills and the unnecessary selling of products than visit this store...I'll doubt you'll be disappointed.

The rep was amazing, he was so nice and kept my little girl busy and happy the whole time. We had some good laughs too!! He's by far the best phone salesman I've ever had!!!

The best Verizon store I have been to by far. Shawn took the time to get my wife, who is disabled, and I our new phones set up and going. There were some glitches with her android phone transferring to the iPhone, but Shawn figured it out. Never did we feel rushed or felt uncomfortable. Great store

Best customer service experience I’ve had when buying a phone. Would recommend to anyone regardless of the drive. Every question asked was answered honestly and with the intention of saving me as much money as possible and keeping me from hassle with lesser quality products. Both James and Tim made sure to provide the best experience possible.

Adam was great! Absolutely wonderful. Customer service at its very best! He truly cares about his customers. They treat you like family instead of a number. So if you need service with Verizon I would recommend the Elkton store over other locations nearby.

Tim was absolutely amazing. He made the entire experience very easy and hassle free. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. This man deserves a raise for sure!! I wish all sales associates were this friendly!!

Great experience at this location. My husband dropped his phone in a bucket of paint. Went in and Theresa was great at helping me get a phone at the price I could afford. She set it all up and showed me how to use it. I would recommend anyone to go see Theresa she's great.

Kayla was the best service I've ever got at any version store. She was by herself with a bunch of customers in the store but she handle it and made each customer know she cared about what they came in for so that no one mind waiting the couple extra minutes. Tried other emplyees in the store but will only go to Kayla for any version needs ever again. Great Job Kayla!

I love this store! I have always hated dealing with television service providers and wireless providers, but I heard this store was different (for the wireless anyway, television service experiences are still terrible). I met with Adam, who was very helpful and very accessible. He found a promotion to save me money on my new phone, helped my girlfriend with her phone issues without prompt and fixed her phone, applied my screen cover and case ever so diligently after discarding the first cover when it didn't go on properly, and then met us at Grammy's Ice Cream after closing when we left without the bag with the chargers and boxes. He went well above and beyond the services and products we were paying for and I am thrilled with the experience.

I have been with Verizon for over 12 years. The customer service Kayla provided is absolutely the best I have experienced in the 12 years as a customer. Kayla and the staff at this store do NOT treat you like a number, they treat you like a human and go out if their way to help. Highly recommended!!!!

Wow! I had a problem with my service on vacation and these guys were on the ball. Adam and Chris got me fixed in a jiffy and SAVED ME MONEY! Knowledgeable, professional and personable staff. I can only wish every visit to Verizon was so successful. Thank you again Chris and Adam.

James was FANTASTIC! He went above and beyond to get me a new phone when mine died. My husband walked into the store minutes be for closing time and explained that both of my parents were in the hospital and my phone just died so no one could reach me. He stayed after hours to get me a new phone!!
