I love this store and employees.

I bought a refill in a 7 eleven mug that I bought for refills, the cashier charged me for the price of regular drink like I was using theirs cups, unbelievable!! I ask him why he was charging that amount and he said because that’s the price and he had a rude attitude, it was a very bad experience. If the manager saw this please talk to them about the refill prices . I went there at 9:00 pm on 02/09/24 .

This 711 has gotten a lot worse over the last couple months.

Every time I stop for gas another pump is out of order. One even has a hose completely disconnected from the pump laying in the parking lot!

The carwash is completely run down and broken but still takes payment. I wouldn't trust it on my car so I just gave up the $10 and left.

There's also bags of trash sitting outside by the front door, but that seems to be the least of their problems.

Stopped in for lunch at the Wendy’s at this location. Went to the restrooms to wash my hands and their was no hand soap. Informed the cashier at the 7/11 who was sitting on a bucket.. She yawned, rolled her eyes and never said a word nor did she put hand soap in the restroom. Will be notifying the city health department as well.

This 7-11 is absolutely horrible. The young guy that has refused me service because he is too busy is not only rude but likes to play with his phone instead of helping customers. I wouldn't recommend going here for anyone.

Went in for 3 items that would've been $8 but when the clerk rang me up it came out to be $15. I asked for a receipt and the lady refused to give me one. After I asked how much each item was she began to act like she didn't know English and gave me an attitude when I wanted a refund. This store is SCAMMING people so watch out and get a receipt if you can.

Cashier and management we're very rude to me after waiting until I got my food items scanned and mid card swipe told me they don't accept ebt and snap benefits I pointed at the sign that said they accept those benefits and told them it's false advertisement to have that up and they didn't have any Indications or signs saying that they don't accept those benefits.

That was the only way for me to eat lunch and I got rudely denied.

I had to do a door dash today. Never used this service before. Ordered a pizza, it was delivered, looked like it was made a week ago and dug out of their dumpster. It all went straight to the trash. No one will answer the phone at this location. Completely trash service and unacceptable

The guy is RUDE AF. He was catching an attitude when I told him the air pump wasn’t working. That’s $2 that it’s been stealing from who knows how many people. He said it wasn’t his problem that it wasn’t working and that he couldn’t do anything about it. I just asked him for the $2 back since ITS A 711 PUMP…. He said he can’t do anything about it that we shouldn’t be using it. Like what?! It’s an air pump?! Poor customer service tbh.

I was cashing in my winning lotto ticket for$50 the clerk tries to tell me it was a $20 winner not $50. . Don't even try that bs. I got my $50 walked out and won't be going back.

They have a rude old man working the register making rude comments to his customers. You won't believe what came out of his mouth. I'm surprised he's still working there . I didn't buy anything. 7/19/19 about 10 pm.

6/9/2016 at 10:30am is one of the rudest people I have ever seen working for a 7 eleven.
Not sure what the rest of the staff are like there but I guess I will never know because I will not be coming back here again.

I was going to get $40 of gas I only had a $100 the night shift cashier said she can't accept $50 nor $100, I've payed my coffee with a $100 in the morning and never had they told me that they don't accept $100

If you want hot beer go here!!! No matter what time you go. Beer is always hot!!!!

There are many other places to choose from. Gas pump didn't work.

Rude service. Did not even tell me my total. When my THREE year old said thank you repeatedly he was ignored

The female worker had no mask on. Never coming back here.
