Order 5 pairs of jeans online and after wearing them twice they all began to tear in the same back pocket stitching due to a factory defect. Never had this issue with carhartt before. Took them into the store and spoke with Molly. She did an amazing job, had a great attitude and refunded all of my money without question. Great experience dealing with her and the store. Highly recommend.

These guys have a moving team in their safe department that is TOP NOTCH. When I bought a safe there years ago, I learned about their service. I didn't need assistance at the time, but thought of them when it was time to move a very large family safe. Every aspect of scheduling and advancing with their team was efficient, professional, and friendly. When the Corey and Ben arrived on site, they moved the unit in under 25 minutes. They are clearly pros, and we were all super impressed. The family can't stop talking about their professional tools, great knowledge, and all-around awesome experience. Worth every single penny. I had been looking for two Camouflage Carhartt Jackets for my Grandsons without success. I had tried to purchase through other sites, but they refused my UK based credit card, only accepting US based payments on line.
Dungarees.com popped up on one of my feeds and I saw they had the jackets in stock. So rather than try to buy on line, I called. What a great experience!
Right from the phone being answered I cannot be happier with the service and experience. The customer services agent was amazing. Polite, helpful, understanding and jovial. She quickly assured me that Dungarees.com had the items in stock and asked if she could take my order by phone. When asked if they would accept my UK cards she assured me this was not a problem. She arranged to ship them direct to the UK setting my delivery expectations.
I received email updates regularly and my order arrived well before Christmas.

I purchased a safe from Dungarees. They will beat the price you see on the internet from liberty. There was an issue with the safe after it was delivered to my house. I called up and spoke to Patrick who was very nice and resolved the issue. I went back to the store to get some more items for the safe and Ellie was super nice and amazingly helpful. I will not hesitate to purchase anything from this place. Every one was great to work with.

Had a pleasant experience shopping here. There was a lady that was very helpful got me some factory seconds brought over from their warehouse called me when they came in didn’t mind looking boot prices up for me. Overall if you need charhartts or boots quick stop in here, cause they had everything I was looking for for winter work.

This was my first time in this store but it was bigger than I thought it was and very well kept. The lady at the register was very polite and very helpful and they have a lot of great clothes and accessories.

Love this place, the gals at the counter are cute and very helpful, they make you feel at home in the store. They boast every size, every color on their items and I have yet to see anyone prove that wrong. Solid.

Love the clothing line , very durable, kinda expensive but it's the name your buying, never had any issues with my canvas pants.
