Good environment, clean but my only disappointment was the starter tester machine wasn't working!

Went to orileys and nothing but high schooner workers in there who did not know what I was talking about, Went to Autozone to see if they can help me and it was another high schooler who was very tall and I thought he wasn’t going to know anything either but he surprised me, his knowledge was very good in cars and helped me find my part.

The staff was helpful and friendly and assisted me in finding the right replacement fit. They even put my wiper blades on for me before I left. Appreciated the car detailing recommendation as I'm new to the area. Great AZ shop.

Very helpful, understood what i was needing and felt my urgency. The clerk was very observant and checked the order twice and caught a mistake that Would have had me having to drive out my way, I was very happy for that. The price was more than expecting but I needed the hub due to Mavis Tire on Wooddale in Baton Rouge not cross tightening my lugs they just went in a circle.

Changed the A/C compressor on a Jeep liberty. I ordered the part off the internet and was at my front door in two business days. Changed it out, brought the old one back to the auto zone and they mailed it back. And gave me my core charge back on my card. They have all the tools to do this there if you don't have them rent them there. Great times!

Staff (at least the guy I spoke to) wasn't so interested in the sell but more so in ensuring that what I was buying would fix the issue I was having with my vehicle. We troubleshot together for about five minutes to cover any and all possibilities of corrective actions. He seemed very knowledgeable in automotive maintenance and he seemed motivated to solve a problem. As a consumer, I respect that.

They checked my battery. It's still good.
The specialist could have sold me another one but said I didn't need one.

I went in confident I knew what I was doing. After not finding what I needed, I proceeded to leave. Mrs. Rosiland Doby stopped me to asked if I needed help and I told her they didnt have it. She offered to check the back. She checked her computer and within seconds she told me they did have it and went get it for me. Turns out I looked up the wrong year. I'm so thankful she went out of her way to stop me and double check what I came in for!

Stop because of check engine light. Fast fast fast. Tipped the guy a fiver because he was nice and professional! Will return

AutoZone has everything I've asked for. The people are so helpful, proactive and knowledgeable. Their prices are reasonable and appropriate for the items I've purchased. I highly recommend you check with AutoZone first and you won't have to search further.
